Dandelions Flowers went above and beyond for me. I had ordered flowers for a friend's wake service at a funeral home. But for some reason, the funeral home was changed, and Dandelion's Flowers called me to let me know, and to see if I wanted to switch locations of the delivery. Wow-I was ordering from out of town and wouldn't have known that information, but they went to the trouble of finding out, and then letting me know. Thank you so much for all of your help! My order was perfect as usual. I completely forgot to order flowers with everything going on recently and ordered the night before and Dandelions was able to get that order to the mortuary on time. They are so great to work with and I highly recommend them.

I really hate doing this as the people there were very nice and ordered here due to wanting to support small local businesses as well as great reviews. I ordered and paid up for a dozen pink roses for our 20th Anniversary and even called to specify pink was her favorite but these are not pink roses. I called to try and resolve it and was told that the next time I order from them to be more specific as they frequently send the ones we received as pink since there is light pink in the center of them. If this is their resolution I won’t be making future orders. Lesson learned!

I placed the order on line and was called very soon after to let me know that they had sold out of poinsettias. I was offered a substitute arrangement, which I took her up on. I received a text the next day with a picture of the delivery. Beautiful, healthy, colorful, very nice, as always. The flowers looked just like the picture on the website. My flowers were accidentally delivered a week early, and when I called she apologized for the error and said they would send a new bouquet on the correct day. I thought the 2nd delivery would be a smaller version but it wasn’t, it looked just as beautiful as the first delivery. Traditionally, I have used a National florist, but no more, the quality is no where near as good as going local. Not to mention better customer service. I told my family in Muncie to stop in and check out their shop.

Ordered this arrangement, somehow, the recipient received red & white flowers!! I called, they assured me I got my moneys worth. Why would you send a completely different arrangement than what I ordered? They offered to run a bouquet of fresh cut flowers, I declined, my recipient’s are in their 80’s and I didn’t want them having to find a vase, etc. Oh well, from now on, I will speak with a human and have them text me a picture of any floral arrangements before they deliver!! The floral arrangement was gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was delivered to my daughter in her residence hall, and she was never notified it had been dropped off at the front desk. So, she didn't get until 23 hours later, after I started to question her about it. I had received a notification that it was hand delivered, so I didn't think anything of it, until the next day. The flowers that were sent were pretty, but did not look like the photo on the website. They were similar and the recipient loved them, but I was most attracted to the deeper, darker purple colors in the arrangement and how pretty they looked with the yellow. The arrangement received had more light purples and more bright yellow and very little deep/dark purple which was disappointing. There was also not a ribbon around the vase so that finishing touch was not there.
