Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

This was our first time ordering from Dana's and we were not disappointed! They went above and beyond any other florist we have ever used before. They text me when the order was on it's way to being delivered, which no other florist has ever done. They added a Mylar balloon to the floral basket, which we didn't order, but it was a very nice surprise! We will definitely be using Dana Daniels Designs again. Thank you!

The flowers you designed were gorgeous and my friend was very pleased with the gift. The person who made the delivery was very patient and took extra effort to wait until someone came to the door to take delivery. Everyone was happy.
