I was very disappointed. I had received an arrangement as a gift a couple of months ago and it was fabulous- so fresh and lasted so long. So, I was terribly disappointed with this one that I ordered and had delivered to myself. First of all, the water was cloudy the first day. And several of the flowers were dying within the first day. These flowers were delivered on a Monday and I feel like they were leftovers. I had recommended this place to several local friends and have to tell them to not use this flower shop. So disappointed!

BUYER BEWARE!! The flower arrangement I sent to my friend for the birth of her baby boy did NOT contain ANY blue flowers despite blue being in the arrangement name and in the picture. Totally defeats the purpose of me picking a flower arrangement with blue for her baby boy. The purple flowers were also not purple Monte flowers as written in the description but instead filler purple statice. A RED carnation was added to the bouquet as well which makes no sense and looked awful. I reached out via email about the issues and a refund but it’s been over a week and I’ve received zero response. Incredibly disappointed. Do not recommend if you are ordering from out of town as they will bait and switch you!!

The floral arrangement I ordered was to be pastels in pink, white and darker pink. The flowers delivered were yellow, orange and red, with a few light pink/light purple placed in and it does not look anything like what I ordered. The colors do not go together. The baby breath is purple.

Firstly, I acknowledge that there will be an inevitable differences between the picture online vs. reality however, the arrangement didn’t remotely compare to what I was expecting at all. I expected an full assortment of pastel colored flowers as seen in the picture— what I received was a roughly 6 colored flowers in a large vase filled with MOSTLY green foliage filler that didn’t even fill in the gaps to create a sense of fullness— it just made it look messy and thrown together with what was available. Overall, I’m disappointed with what received didn’t remotely compare or include what I ordered. My apologies for a negative review but I hope that it’s helpful. I ordered flowers on a Wednesday around noon to be delivered the next morning to a friend’s house. I was at my friend’s house when they arrived and they were beautiful, high quality flowers and exactly what I ordered. I will definitely order flowers from here in the future and recommend others too.

Stay away from this terrible place. I ordered a Deluxe $81.00 arrangement and what was delivered was a $25.00 looking g arrangement filled with ferns. I sent Mark, the manager, photos of what he portrayed on his website and what was actually delivered. He had actual proof but, he refused to send a new arrangement unless he got the first one back. The flowers were sent to a Cancer patient with tubes coming out of her. He expected her to get up, carry the old flowers to the delivery man at door, before he would give her new arrangement. Mark was viscous and a cheat.

I Ordered flowers online at midnight (requested next day delivery) & I was pleasantly surprised they were delivered before noon the next day. The pink and red roses were BEAUTIFUL and so fresh, no brown edges on the petals at all. My sister loved the roses!!! I chose dansbrandywine floral because they had the best variety to choose from compared to the other West Chester florist. I will definitely be using them in the future!!!!

To say the arrangement received did not look anything like the picture is an understatement. I was embarrassed to admit to my friends that it was from me. Besides not looking like the picture, (none of the flowers in the picture were used) it was very sloppily put together. Way too much money charged for this mistake. Very disappointed in the arrangement. I selected it because my daughter likes sunflowers and roses, but the basket she got had only one small sunflower. The combination of carnations and zinnias looked haphazard and hurriedly put together - perhaps it fell over in the delivery vehicle and someone tried to put it back together?
Strange because every other order I've received from this florist came in pristine condition and matched the online photo.

The person who spoke with me about my order was patient and took notes. We discussed the arrangement in great detail. I upgraded to the Deluxe arrangement. I appreciated the fast delivery, however, seeing pictures of what was delivered was disappointing. It looked like it was thrown into a vase, not arranged, and certainly not Deluxe. It was not even par with the standard arrangement. I understand actual arrangements will not be exactly like the photo, but this wasn't even close. My friend is in hospice care, which I explained when I made my request to make it extra special.

I use Dan's for my deliveries to my daughter who lives in West Chester. I have never had a problem until my last order. I ordered late in May for a June first delivery and the order was delivered a few days after I ordered in May. This did not make me happy. I really wanted my daughter to receive her birthday flowers on her birthday, June first, not two weeks before. I guess being proactive doesn't work with Dan's!!! Other than that they have been 5 star.

I was struggling to find a florist to deliver on Christmas Eve with such short notice. My friend lost her husband very suddenly the day before and I live in another state. Dan's website was very simple, easy, and they showed delivery availability for the next day. I had tried other sites and while they claimed Christmas Eve delivery they called after I placed my order to let me know it wouldn't be possible. Dan's did in fact deliver as scheduled on Christmas Eve. HUGE thank you for that. Will always order from Dan's in the future! Hopefully for happier occasions.

I upgraded to the premium $79.99 arrangement and got something that I could have made myself with very few flowers. Hardly any flowers and they used more greens than flowers. Not at all what’s pictured. Really disappointed and won’t purchase here again.
