We ordered the rainbow bouquet and asked for a delivery. From ordering to delivery they were awesome. The bouquet was beautiful and did look like the picture! The recipient loved them!

Daisy Kart,
This order was NOT delivered on February 14,2024 and not delivered until February 15th. This was not the what was agreed too when order was placed on February 7, 2024.
This is unacceptable and not the past performance of your business. I am disappointed as Kylie contacted me on February 14, 2024 at 12:44pm
stating “Hi Eric, this is Kylie calling from Daisy cart florist. We are loading the arrangement to be delivered and we just want to make sure that the recipient is still going to be there so if you can give us a call back thank you bye-bye…”
I called back 10 minutes later (12:52) and left a message stating Ann Rosauer would be at the delivery location. I received no call back or delivery confirmation. I have ordered from Daisy Kart numerous times to deliver flowers and have never been called and asked if recipient was at the location. Usually you delivered the flowers no matter what regardless if recipient at location. So I don’t understand. You delivered the next day and the flowers are high quality as usually

Website ordering process was super easy and lots of selections to choose from for the occasion I was looking for. Daisy Kart had made a small error in delivery and on the plant type. But their great customer service made things right. We received a call to correct the mistake right away. We will continue to do business with Daisy Kart as they make sure to take care of the customer and provide excellent service. The went above and beyond to make it right.

The plant was to the same value as the original plant chosen but was a better fit for the occasion that was being celebrated we also added mylar balloon to celebrate the occasion. The flowers were delivered on time, but the arrangement was very disappointing. After paying over $200, I expected something a little more. The entire arrangement & roses used were very tiny. Product did not match the price at all.
