When I walked in and saw all the lovely display of flowers I thought it was lovely. As I was handed my corsage, I couldn't but feel like they completely failed me. The lady tried to fix it , which helped make it presentable, but as I look around and seen how much care other orders were put together. I was deeply saddened and upset. So it's gamble

I cannot say enough about D’Lily’s. They have delivered countless bouquets and exceed expectations every time. We were fortunate to have D’Lily’s as the florist for our daughter’s wedding. Above and beyond there too! My wife mentioned how she wanted orchids in her bouquet 40 years ago but could not afford them. We arrived for our daughter’s wedding and the table decoration at our table and other main bouquets all had orchids. They create an amazing experience through flowers!

They did not have any of the Fairy colors which I was disappointed. However, I asked them to do what they could to make it as similar as they could. Colors of course were not bright as they again were out but they did such an amazing job making it to the best of their ability to look like the Fairy with great flower choices. I have never had flowers delivered to a cemetery before. Now that Mom has passed I need a florist to deliver to her grave for me. I don’t live in the area so I requested a picture to see the flowers I ordered delivered safely to her grave. I never received a picture so this was very disappointing. No way to know what they look like or if they got there okay. I had hoped that your florist could be the one to deliver a few times a year for me but I’m not sure now. You did her Memorial and the flowers were beautiful.

Worst experience with a florist. I special ordered same day flowers, but they were delivered the following day. This is complicated further because since the. My friend was released from the hospital. So now I need to drive to the hospital to pick up the bouquet to deliver to my friend. For $90 I would hope that a company would respond to emails and pick up their phone when I repeatedly call. There has been no on to talk to. I am so upset.

I feel y’all just added maybe 2 extra flowers and some greenery to make up for the premium bouquet.
Not that happy and feel I should get some sort of refund. It would be a good idea to put in your website what it is you actually get for your money. I know it won’t be exact but specify What it is you Add to get the premium option. Not fair to just add expense to it and not show what you aim it to look like.

This arrangement was absolutely beautiful, I always spend a little more for the Deluxe or Premium arrangements and they never disappoint. The selection of flowers are always unique and different. It actually looked better than the photo on line.

My mother’s flowers looked nothing like this picture, the flowers were in a heart shape box, colors weren’t even close to what’s on the picture roses were black at the tips. I paid $106 so disappointing I’ll never order flowers from this place again.

I was very excited for this flower arrangement only to find out it was nothing like what I had ordered. It had a completely different base and none of the flowers were the ones that were promised in the picture. My flowers were not delivered on Friday as I requested for a 90th birthday. I am very upset! Please deliver them asap. I called on Saturday and no one picked up the phone to remedy this problem. I will call AGAIN on Monday.

The flowers were beautiful but they weren’t delivered until AFTER my friend went home for the day! It was her 60th birthday and I had the flowers delivered to her work as a surprise. She left work at 4:30 pm and the flowers weren’t there yet. I was very disappointed she wasn’t surprised ON her special day. I did not specify a delivery time so I accept part of the blame. My advice to anyone reading this is, yeah, go ahead and order from dlilys but be sure to tell them if you want them the delivery by a certain time.
