About the Shop
Crown Valley Florist is located in Laguna Niguel and is a professional, family-owned and operated floral shop. Our designer was educated in Holland, widely considered as the “The Country of Flowers”, and has over 20 years of experience in the floral industry.
Since opening our doors in Laguna Niguel over 12 years ago, we have had the pleasure of serving local residents, local hotels, and corporations throughout Southern Orange County and have the experience to complete any size order. We commit ourselves to offering the highest quality flowers and we specialize in creating unique, custom made arrangements based on your personal preference and price range so that every experience is special.
We have proudly been working with the St. Regis Hotel and Monarch Bay Club for over 10 years.
We are dedicated to satisfying all of our wonderful customers and each arrangement is designed with the same attention and care, regardless of budget.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I have been going to crown valley florist for about 10 years now. I live in MA. My dad got sick and siblings visiting, wanted to make a VERY special anniversary dinner for him and my stepmom. Table was beautiful! He soon passed. I sent her flowers on my dad's birthday. They were beautiful and lil uplifting for a difficult time. From there out I have been sending flowers to my stepmom on her birthday. I know Dad is smiling down. Last year we celebrated her birthday in person. I got to go in and meet the people that have been taking care of me 3000 miles away and purchase in person. Sometimes I order from the list. Sometimes I let her make a creation. She sends a picture which I love!! Highly recommend Ateia and crew for all your floral needs

I live out of state and wanted to order flowers for my daughter’s birthday this year. I was previously a florist for many years and can tell you that the flowers that were delivered were fresh, high quality, and beautifully arranged— they exceeded all expectations.
