The arrangement is very pretty but much smaller than pictured. It would have been helpful if the measurements were provided. Overall pleased, but I would have liked something a little larger (as pictured) for $115 delivered.

This is a gorgeous bouquet. When I saw it online, I knew it would be perfect for my aunt. She loves the colors yellow and orange. However, there was a message that warned me that due to flower shortages, the bouquet may not look as pictured. I crossed my fingers and purchased it anyway. I was not disappointed. Yes, some of the flowers were different than the ones in this picture, but the florist went above and beyond to keep the same color scheme and overall eye catchy-ness of the bouquet. They were dealing with a freezer malfunction(something that caused a lot of the flowers to go bad) right in the middle of trying to build my bouquet. I thought supporting my local business with “quality” flowers was a good idea but I was wrong. Purchasing the Designer’s Choice bouquet one would think upgrading from “standard” to “premium” would mean more than just spending an extra $50+. The day of arrival the flowers were beautiful although, in my opinion, the bouquet itself was on the small side for an “upgrade”. After 3 days most of the flowers started wilting & now at 5 days need to be thrown out. I’ve bought better flowers for a heck of a lot less money that lasted longer at the grocery store. I won’t make the mistake again.

One oopsy though, they forgot to include the signature line- my sister in law had to call the shop and wait for a call back before figuring out who the flowers were from.

Enchanted garden flower that we ordered for our anniversary was not close to the picture on the left. We ordered the same flowers, Enchanted Garden a few occasions in the past and they were beautiful. However the flower that was delivered yesterday was less of quality and arranged like flowers from not so quality flower shop. It was disappointing, especially for anniversary flower.

I ordered flowers online and last minute. I had never been to this place or heard of it prior to my order and was quite nervous to order due to past experiences of ordering arrangements online. But let me tell you, they did an amazing job with the arrangement and shipped them the same day I ordered ! I was very pleased with the organized webpage and timeliness of the order. I received a picture of the arrangement from my friend and although it did not look exactly like the image online, it was very similar, which is the only reason why I have given 4 stars. I ordered a plant for my cousin as her mother had passed away. The hydrangea were not available so the florist substituted addition BEAUTIFUL orchids. It was later determined that my cousin would not be home for days. Crown Valley contacted me to let me know. It was established the cousin would be home in 4 days. That was no problem to Crown Valley who delayed delivery for 4 days. .
