We at Creative Florals are a full-service family owned and operated business. Our master floral designers have over 60 years experience in the floral industry. Lynne was trained by the country's number one floral designer William Kesler, at American Floral Arts Academy in Chicago. Having been in the Floral Industry for over 40 years, Customer Service is #1. She is an accredited Master Designer with numerous awards.

The arrangement was made fresh with all new flowers that came in an hour before it was delivered the flower choice were picked and style was picked by sender! It would have been nice if you would have contacted us first to discuss most of the flowers in your arrangement were boho dried which is what was ordered!

|Second problem was when I picked them up from the neighbor. THAT'S IT?! For $75++ Thats all I get?! It was VERY underwhelming to say the least! Then, looking closer, there was very little color! One side of the arrangement was NADA. Just drab greenery. I had to rearrange the assortment myself to make it somewhat presentable for my mother in the morning. I took photos. I e-mailed the shop. No response. No one cared.
I would value this arrangement at no more than $50 and I spent $90 after delivery and taxes. Very poor and I would never buy from this place again. Also, by Tuesday (3 days), some of the flowers are clearly dying! Never in a million years would this arrangement be worth $90! Very sadly disappointed and I am sorry to all the mothers out there who were also disappointed.

We never like to have a unhappy customer & as I explained to Mr. Kearney during a very busy holiday there is no set delivery time nor was it put on the order for special instruction time. secondly when we spoke you never mentioned that you were unhappy with the arrangement & we never received pictures! This order was done to the $74.95 for flowers before delivery and was made to your recipe selected. As far as all my other over 400 mothers they were all happy, you need not apologize to them. We would have been happy to send something else had you let us know. Some flowers may need to be substituted due to the flower shortage we are all facing & dealing with as well.

|Furthermore- they were delivered to my wife’s place of work and 20 people noticed the delivery and the condition of the flowers- she was pretty embarrassed. Her clients were mind boggled as to how the flowers were able to leave the florist in that condition.
Nevertheless- on the morning of 2/15 (not even 24 hours after delivery) the flowers were dead. So I took pictures and posted a review along with the pics on yelp.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
