Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The team here is always professional, flexible, and quite frankly superior to other florists I have worked with. The quality and service has already made me purchase flowers for all occasions here. This is my 4th run with flowers and compliments always go around. They take the information you provide with colors and vibe and make it work. They also send you a photo of the finished product when they can and make timely delivery even in tight timelines. I have spent money at the larger flower companies and after all the charges, etc you realize you spend just about the same but those other companies look out of touch compared to the designs at Creative Floral. Will be a returning customer over and over and ALWAYS recommend them to my friends.

It is difficult to send flowers to someone you care about when they are 2,000 miles away, let alone when you don't think about things till the last minute, but CFD was able to easily overcome both challenges. More importantly though, the arrangement was much larger than I ever expected and more beautiful than even the pictures could convey. I am far more than satisfied with my experience, and I think my recipient would say the same. Thank you for making it easy to celebrate my loved one.
