Janelle Mason
Janelle was born in Wyoming and raised in Montana. After attending design school at Floral Design Institute in Portland, OR, she worked in flower shops across the Pacific Northwest, Montana and Wyoming. Janelle brings more than 30 years of floral design experience to her shop. She takes great pride in delivering excellent customer service,having the freshest flowers available and finding great deals to pass on to her customers. It doesn't matter if you are stopping in to smell the roses or planning an elaborate event, Janelle want's you to have the best experience possible at Crazy Daisy Floral

Did not look like the picture. I ordered the premium which said they would add more blooms and select the highest quality which didn't happen. There were hardly any blue flowers on the arrangement. We had to ask if the could add more color which they did but we were told we should have put that in the directions. They said they followed the recipe. If they did there would have been more blue flowers. Not sre it was worth the extra money ordering the premium.

First, thanks for your order. I made the order up on the day it was placed with fresh flowers. We had all the main flowers in the arrangement, sunflowers, blue delphinium, and hot pink carnations. I didn't have alstromaria but I substituted some pretty peach stock and a fall colored cremone that I felt went well with the arrangement. I was very surprised to wake up the next morning to your review that the flowers were "dead" and that the arrangement "didn't look anything like the picture". Nonetheless, our policy is that if we get a complaint within 24 hours of delivery we will pick up the delivered bouquet and replace it, which we did. When the flowers arrived back at the shop I was honestly surprised that they looked so good. The only thing that I could think that was wrong with the arrangement was that the sunflowers were very tight and not showing their brown centers. I remade the arrangement with sunflowers that were more open, blue delphinium, hot pink carnations. I did have the altromaria on hand as our weekly shipment had arrived so I used those as well. I personally delivered it to the recipient to make sure she was satisfied with the arrangement. She took one look at the open sunflowers and stated it was "much better."
Hopefully, in the future you will contact the business directly to resolve any issues rather then leaving a 1 star review before any attempts at rectifying the situation are made. Thanks.

I ordered this red or pink plant for Valentine’s Day for my wife. She received a very modest looking white plant of the same type with only a few blooms. I ordered this item 3 weeks in advance and did not get what I ordered. I called and complained and the young man simply said sorry. I am highly dissatisfied with my order and the customer service. I purchased this bouquet for my mom for Mother's day because her favorite flowers are daisies and I knew she would love the mug. I also paid extra for an upgraded arrangement/fuller bouquet. I am extremely disappointed. She sent me a picture of it. It came in the mug but everything else was different. Instead it was peach roses and pink carnations and not a daisy in site. Very sad. I won't be ordering from them again. This isn't the first time this has happened.

They are beautiful, don't get me wrong. I was just disappointed that they came in a vase and not in the wooden box as pictured. I understand that a substitution was made due to supply issues. The arrangement also contained lillies and the picture does not show lillies. My wife and myself are not fond of lillies due to the smell of them. But as a bouquet, they are arranged nicely and very pretty.

I thought it was super cute so I got two of them, the only thing is, it does dry out quick. I was told they thought it was a real tree to plant later, and it turned out it wasn't. If I would have known that I would not have gotten one for myself. It is cute though, but I thought it was a little expensive.

I guess no one actually updated it, even though it was confirmed to me that it was on the phone when I spoke to someone at the shop.

I am very disappointed. As an old floral designer I expected so much more from this new shop. The flowers my mother received looked absolutely nothing like the picture I spent 50.00 on but it also showed up a day too late. They said they could not find her but did not leave a note at either her home or work. I could have gotten a better bouquet from Smith's or whole foods.
