Owner was super kind, helpful and accommodating in getting my order in the hands of a rural Camas resident. It's Always Tea Time is a great multipurpose gift that looked beautiful from the photos sent prior to delivery. Only issue is a tech one: the delivery address search function. Our delivery was out of range but the function did not detect that and the $8.00 fee was added. The owner kindly offered cookies to compensate for the overcharge, which we were more than happy with. Just flagging to confirm over the phone if delivery is possible first!

I’ve had a wonderful experience using Coventry gardens. The owner was kind, gentle, and informative for helping me pick flowers for my mother’s memorial. The floral arrangements for my mom’s memorial were amazing, vibrant, and gorgeous. They were exactly what my mother would’ve loved.
A few months later, we used Coventry gardens to send flowers to my grieving mother-in-law when my father-in-law passed away. The flowers were delivered on the day I had arranged locally, and everyone commented on how gorgeous the bouquet was.

However, I paid quite a bit more for the "premium" upgrade, but it looked like the basic picture. I also used a 20% black friday coupon, so perhaps that "compensates"?

I specifically got these for the pretty pink colors displayed and there was no pink at all. Also, most places I’ve ordered from will send a preview of how the flowers turned out, but I did not get that here (I just had my friend send me a picture when she got them).

Absolutely blown away by the stunning anniversary bouquet. We were excited to try the “custom order” option and just let Coventry Garden take it from there. While the floral arrangement was delivered on time and it was pretty, it looked nothing like the one in the picture. I do understand the flowers change with the seasons but they added a lot of carnations which I don't like. It looked like a cheaper version to me. It was all white with zero pink.
