The entire process was seamless, and the arrangement was absolutely stunning — even more beautiful than I expected. Great job. Saved the day when I had another flower order cancel on ON valentine's day that was order to arrive be fore we had to go out of town to Falmouth. So I tried finding a florist on Valentines Day in the Falmouth area that would take an order for Valentine’s Day same day delivery to save the day. Had trouble finding one with more then a few attempts until I contacted Cortney’s Creations. Thank you for creating the gorgeous Autumn Bliss arrangement and delivering it on time to our dear extended family. In their photo expressing their surprise, delight, and encouragement, the actual bouquet is even more stunning than the online example. It utilizes most of the same types of flowers (lacking the white poppies and purple spikes), in a stunning array of orange roses and other species, peach hypericum, and magenta ranunculus, snapdragons, orchid, and more, with apple green hydrangea heads! You did it! Just what I had in mind when I crossed my fingers and ordered!

I like to shop local and have family who live on the Cape, so I chose Courtney’s flowers to send to my mother on her birthday and I am blown away by how beautiful they are and how helpful Courtney was. If I could give Courtney 6 out of 5 stars, I would. I first started looking up a florist in Cape Cod because my girlfriend was doing a fellowship there during the day of our anniversary. I found Courtney's business, and thought that it looked the most personal of the bunch in the area, so I placed an order, writing in the instructions about my dilemma of not knowing the exact address of where my girlfriend worked.
Courtney gave me a call and we spoke about the name of the fellowship and if we might find some clues in the address of the parent organisation (also on the Cape), with the final backup being where my girlfriend lived on the Cape (which, at worst, meant an arrangement sitting outside on the porch for a full day). Courtney actually called up the parent organisation for me, and found the location of my girlfriend's fellowship, culminating in in-person delivery on the day of!
I've never had a business owner go to such great lengths for any kind of delivery, and I am really thankful for Courtney's effort.
Oh, and the flowers were beautiful, too! Just look at the photo! She even hand transcribed the note from my order!

I don't usually write a review unless something is exceptional and this flower arraignment qualifies for that. I ordered it for a dear friend who lost his mother. Courtney delivered it my house because they weren't home. When I saw the arraignment I was so pleased with the size and how beautiful it was. It looked just like the picture on the website. The bouquet was delightful, just not what i expected for the price. Large (cheap) hydrangeas dominated the creation, whereas the sample shows a nice variety of smaller flowers. I know that substitutions are expected, but having four huge hydrangeas dominating the fliral creation is a bit cheap.

I had inadvertently chosen the wrong date for delivery (it was meant for valentines day), they caught my mistake and saved me a great deal of embarrassment, they put together a beautiful arrangement at the last minute and got it delivered on time on their busiest day of the year !!!, I would recommend them to anyone and hope I have the chance to do business with them again in the future.

Courtney far exceeded my expectations again this year for Valentines Day. She put together a customs bouquet for me in under a few hours. The flowers are the most fragrant we have have ever smelled. The bouquet is so good, my wife split it up into several smaller bouquets so that we can enjoy it in other rooms of our house. It shows that she keeps the freshest flowers on hand. This was not the arrangement I ordered from the catalog. There were no peonies in the arrangement that was delivered. The vase was short. It was definately not the coral charm from the website.

I sent flowers to my grandma for her 95th birthday. She thought they were beautiful, but didn't know who they were from, because Courtney's lost or forgot the card I requested be attached. I didn't call my grandmother on her birthday because she's nearly deaf and I was relying on the card with the flowers to wish her a happy birthday. I'm disappointed the card didn't reach her.

I had a perfect experience. The website was great! Tons of pictures, easy to navigate and gave me a very good idea of what I could expect in an arrangement and a lot of choice. The service was excellent. I was even called to be made aware that one of the flowers colors would be slightly different than the picture and was that okay? My client raved about the bouquet, and sent me a picture of it....it was bigger and even more stunning than what the internet depicted. The handwritten note was a really nice touch. Sending condolences to a family friend on Cape Cod who lost her husband... With me in San Francisco could have fallen into an automated vendor. But I found Courtney's and she created a bouquet that was uplifting and classy. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
