The name on card was incorrect (which caused an argument) and the arrangement arrived later than expected.
I contacted the store the morning of Valentines Day to switch the delivery method to “ in-store pick-up” and the representative advised me that she would call me back for further pick-up instruction but unfortunately, no one reached out to me. I followed-up with another call and was
told it was too late and that the trucks were already loaded…..The flowers were not delivered until late afternoon, with the wrong card and message....This was not what I expected

Except for the vase and bow, the arrangement, as delivered, had very little resemblance to your "Pretty Please" image. Were it not for the recipient's assurance that she found it "Beautiful!", I would have been grievously disappointed.

I think they did a good job. It got delivered but I the florist should have sent a picture of the arrangement that was sent. I was specific in the type of flowers I wanted in the bouquet. If they would have sent me a picture I could have confirmed it was actually what I requested.

While the flowers were beautiful they did not get delivered to the right house. I asked to not leave them if no one was home due to freezing weather and the delivery person left them three doors down to people my 86 year old mother did not know. I was not very happy about that. When my mom spoke with the florist she was sorry and said she would speak to the delivery person. I have used them before and probably will again. Hopefully they do not make the same delivery error.

I placed a custom order with very specific instructions and called the shop a few minutes later to ensure my request had been properly conveyed. The girl that picked up the call, confirmed what the arrangement will look like. The day it was delivered, the complete opposite was created. When I emailed the shop, they said that they would need to pick up the arrangement, which would be embarrassing considering that this was a gift. Lesson learned...

I just wanted 12 red roses in a vase as pictured and instead I got baby’s breath and greens, and I dont even think there were actually 12 roses in it. Placed an order on-line 2/2/21 at 9:22am for a sympathy basket arrangement that stated it would be delivered same day. Received an on-line confirmation about 1 hour later even stating delivery date would be 2/2/21. Received email 2/3/21 around 1:00 pm stating the delivery was NOW going to be made 2/4/21. I've been using County Seat Florist for years to send Birthday and Christmas plants and flowers to my elderly aunt, who lives in Mays Landing, NJ. County Seat has always been a pleasure to deal with, and my aunt has loved every County Seat product.
County Seat's office staff and delivery driver went out of their way this week to complete delivery of a beautiful Poinsettia to my aunt, who does not hear well and missed their call. County Seat called me, and together we found a way to complete delivery. Today, my aunt sent me a picture of the stunning Poinsettia from County Seat. She was elated, and so am I. Thank you, Jenny, Amanda and your driver.
County Seat's office staff and delivery driver went out of their way this week to complete delivery of a beautiful Poinsettia to my aunt, who does not hear well and missed their call. You guys are absolutely horrible. I ordered my flowers to show up on my mother’s birthday. I am a mile down the street from you, all I needed was the flowers to make it on time. The lady on the phone was very rude and didn’t know what she was talking about the first time when I was told I would get a call back at 5 pm because my flowers were still not here. Got no call, but an email saying they were delivered with no flowers to be found. Called again to get another lady who was extremely rude, didn’t apologize once & had no resolution or answer to the issue, nor did she listen to what I was asking her. My flowers just arrived the next day at 11 am there is 6 flowers in there. The picture shows 16, I even paid for the extra flowers. This absolutely ridiculous. Never again will I order from you fucking twat bags.

A very polite woman from County Seat Florist called me to explain sunflowers were not available to complete the arrangement as shown in the photo I had selected. She guaranteed they could use other flowers to make the arrangement just as nice or asked if I wanted to select something else. The arrangement arrived and was much more beautiful than shown in the photo with roses and other flowers substituted for the sunflowers.. I had ordered the same arrangement for another sick friend from a different florist on same day. That florist didn’t call and substituted the sunflowers with carnations. I order this arrangement (except the deluxe version) which should be more substantial (you would think). Very unhappy with the arrangement sent, as it wasn't even like the standard picture in advertisement. Emailed the store and they did credit me back $10 that was for the upgrade that never happened. But to be honest, don't feel like what I received is even worth the standard price. Very disappointed!!
