I ordered online, which was an easy process. I found out the arrangement needed to be there earlier than I thought, so I called and they were very accommodating. I was not at all pleased with the flower arrangement that was with the stone. The stone was fine but for an upgrade in the arrangement - there were 3 flowers & a small bow. It cost me $70.00 and sure expected more.

My website was back on by mistake. But since the deceased is my sister in laws uncle she asked if i could send a stepping stone to the same service. Because at this time i cannot get fresh floral. So when i seen your order on the computer instead of denying it i decided to deliver at the last minute. Unfortunately we have no greens or extreme few flowers to do an arrangement. Im very sorry we couldn't upgrade during this time. I can credit you back for the upgrade price. My shop under different circumstances prides ourselves on the freshest arrangements.

Highly Disappointed in the arrangement and the customer service. The flower arrangement received looked nothing like the picture that was posed online. Not one single rose in the entire arrangement. I ordered a tea cup arrangement with Pink flower's and Yellow roses in a beautiful tea cup with a saucer. What was received was a mixture of flowers in various colors (no roses) arrangement in a coffee cup with no saucer. I tried contacting the company via phone and email and no one has returned my call or responded to me at all. When I did call I was told it was very busy weekend since Valentines Day was 4 days away and that someone would call me when they had time. A week later still no call back.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered same day. However, when i filled out what i wanted on the card, it showed me beautiful printed letters on the card but in reality was handwritten pretty sloppy. I was disappointed in the card as it was a graceful message.

I have not seen these flowers but my daughter-in-law was happy with them so that is worth 5 stars to me!! I had them set to be delivered to her workplace and then found out later that she had taken the day off but that her flowers were delivered to her home instead. While the flowers were pretty, they looked nothing like this. They weren't purple yellow and white, smaller than the picture shown even though I ordered the most expensive arrangement. Very disappointed this time. I understand that flowers available are seasonal, however, roses are available year round and there doesn't appear to be one single rose, just a lot of daisies and filler.

Although it didn't have the yellow roses and was replaced with white roses, and not as many as shown (which is a little disappointing). I still highly recommend Country Flowers and More. The flowers were delivered on time and my mother was very happy with them. However, apparently my brother also had flowers delivered to her the day before on Friday from your company. So when my flowers arrived on Saturday, the card said they were also from my brother and the card from me never went with the flowers. It was disappointing my mom didn't know they were from me until I had to tell her. But I am happy that the flowers made her smile.
