Delivery experience was very nice, because the driver brought the arrangement into my elderly aunt’s apartment and mostly unwrapped it for her. However, the roses included are not fresh looking. They arrived looking dry and already browning. I paid $100, so that was a disappointment. I think I’ll try elsewhere next time.

Online shopping was easy. I called on the phone and they were friendly and helpful. I ordered the premium bouquet so it was a nice big full arrangement but it was not a premium bouquet delivered. The pink roses all had brown spots on them. I don't believe I got what I paid for.

The flowers in this picture are strictly tropical and therefore aren't available in many areas. Because I wasn't thinking I ordered them online for my father's funeral, rather than calling. I received a call to review the order, letting me know of the situation and I said that I just want colorful flowers for my dad's daughters, since we're a colorful bunch. She said it would be made with flowers on hand, for what I paid (tropical flowers are much more, as they are in short supply). What I saw on his casket was so gorgeous and colorful it made my heart swell. Thank you, for hearing me and making a dark time just a little brighter.

I had these delivered to my grandmother in the hospital, but later found out that she had moved to rehab and was discharged. I called the florist to make sure she recieved them. The owner followed up with me personally and made sure that she had them. Super friendly and she loved them!

I was very disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered to my sister. She sent me a picture and it looked nothing like what I ordered. In addition, some of the flowers had wilted. I spent 111.00 including the tip and wish I could get a refund. Don’t order from Country Florist because you will not be happy with the flowers.

After spending $85 I was hoping for a fuller arrangement. The vase was red not pink. With any florist I use I'm not a fan of substitutions. There is a reason you choose a certain floral design. I love this flower shop. They did my wedding. Just far too few flowers for the price. Hence the reason for 4 stars. I will still use this shop for my needs.

Not impressed with this Bouquet! Now I know the pictures on the website Represent the perfect bouquet, But when my wife received it at work, it was nice, but wasn’t close to what I thought I was ordering. I ordered the deluxe bouquet and what was received looked worse than the standard bouquet. Some of the greenery was wilted and dead because it was not in water, and it didn’t even look close to the standard bouquet and I paid an extra almost $30 to upgrade to the deluxe Not including a tip! I was really disappointed in what my wife was received on our 35th wedding anniversary. Truly disappointed!

After a glitch in receiving my order the flowers were delivered sunday. The gentleman said he added a balloon and went from my order to an upgrade. I saw a pic of the delivery and was somewhat satisfied. I didn't see as many roses as I originally ordered

I am very disappointed with my order! I placed an order on Friday 8/2/24 at 10am for flowers to be delivered on the same day. At 4pm on the same day I spoke with someone asking about a delivery time and confirmed with the worker that my order was on their van for delivery. Around 8:30pm a worker called my girlfriend who the flowers were for and apologized saying they just received the order and read the note to her. Ruining the surprise and telling her they wouldn’t be able to deliver the order that night. It is now Saturday, 8/3/24, at 11am and still no delivery! I have tried multiple times to call with nobody answering! Where is my order and why am I paying for a delivery that isn’t happening? Also which employee lied to us? The woman I spoke with at 4pm who confirmed my order was on the delivery van or the man who read the note to my girlfriend telling her that the order just came through almost 11 hours after I placed it? Hmmm seems like someone isn’t being honest! This is the first time ordering from them and will be my last! Very disappointed!

The arrangement was beautiful, but on the card the florist wrote the incorrect last name. In the online order the last name was Davis, and the florist wrote David. It may not seem like a big deal, but when $125 is spent on an arrangement ($16 dollars to deliver) we would have liked the recipient to know who sent the flowers.

After realizing they indeed made an error, they person on the phone sighed and said: “well, I wish someone had called before posting this” I replied, “the funeral was on Thursday, and you sent the review request on Friday, how could you change the past.” She said, “oh, I see, goodbye”
It is a shame that the florist is accusatory when someone is grieving, and florist did indeed make the error themselves. Their lack of compassion or concern cause me to change my review from a 3 to 2. The flowers looked nice. I tried to use a local place rather than a generic online place, but I will never recommend this florist to anyone unless they are purchasing in person at the store.

Ordering flowers from out of state for someone can be a nerve-wracking experience, as it can be difficult to know if the flowers you ordered will match the website pictures.

With the address of the recipient changed not once but three times (due to unforeseen circumstances) they understandingly worked with me to get the flowers to the right place! I wish you had called us directly so we could have explained this. But all three versions of the arrangements you ordered only contain 1 balloon it's the amount and type of flowers that are upgraded not the amount of balloons as there is not an easy way to incorporate more that one balloon into the arrangement. If you had called we would definitely have adjusted the content and added extra balloons as a side piece to go along with the arrangement for you. I couldn’t be more disappointed. The arrangement that was delivered looked NOTHING at all like the photo that I was fully expecting. I paid for a DELUXE arrangement. I didn’t not check any boxes giving the ok to accept substitutions if necessary due to lack of products nor did I receive ANY phone calls letting me know you did not have the flowers or the mercury glass container that was pictured. I spent $122 including a 20% tip which makes me so angry. I will never order from Country Florist again & I will share the photos of the order that was placed & order that was delivered for everyone to Buffalo.

Hugely disappointed. I even ordered the deluxe basket to make sure it had enough flowers. This is what I got, which is not even close to the original basket, let alone the deluxe option. Unfortunately, will never order from them again. I've tried to copy and paste the photo of what was sent, but it won't let me do that. No surprise there.

The ease to order the flowers for my friend in the hospital was beyond compare. When I received a text from from my friend that she was being discharged before the flowers were delivered, I contacted Country Florist. The flowers that were delivered to my niece for her birthday looked nothing like this. I understand that sometimes, they don’t have the flowers in house and they need to be substituted, but what was delivered was far from what is pictured. the arrangement was very nice but they never got delivered on time and then the truck broke down and they didnt get delivered till the next day till 2pm . Also was told we would get something extra for the inconvenience and got a box with 6 chocolates . I spent good money to have flowers delivered on Vday and it ruined the whole experience.

The flowers were beautiful, however when arriving at the funeral home I did not see them anywhere they should have been. It wasn’t until after the service I found them on the table at the front door. Not sure if the hand delivery was made when no one was available or if they were hand delivered to someone and placed there inadvertently.

For $70 + this was beyond disappointing. 3 roses carnations & filler. No side swept cascading effect as shown. I was embarrassed when I saw the arrangement sent to my sister for her birthday. I could have purchased far more at a local supermarket and had far more beauty & bang for my buck!!!!! Not at all happy

The flowers we got looked nothing like the photo here. Lillys were yellow/green. Lots of yellow flowers. Some other reddish ones were dry/damaged/wilted. Very disappointed. Also, vase was pink and not silver. Paying $80 for flowers for a special occasion, you expect to get what was in the photo. There is a reason to have accurate photos and a customer should receive what is in the photo.

The online process was very simple and the flowers were delivered on the day requested. Although the bouquet is pretty, it looks nothing like pictured other than the very cute yellow vase. The flowers were not the same color scheme and of course many less flowers than were pictured. I guess the only way to insure you get exactly what you want is to call direct and discuss it.

After not finding something in my price range from those big chain florists I googled flower shops close to my friends house (I live 8hrs away). I found the be happy bouquet on The Country Florists website and thought it would bring a smile to my friends face on her birthday. It arrived on time and is beautiful! (She sent me a picture) The florist did a great job. My friend put it best when she said, "It has lots of flowers and just the right amount of greenery". Some florists over do the greenery but not The Country Florist. Well done! It did bring a smile to my friends face!

I normally order from Elaine's Flower Shop and decided to try out the Country Florist for this arrangement. I was very disappointed. It looked like an arrangement that was picked from flowers in the backyard. The flowers had no "life" to them- they were very dull. The vase looked nothing like the vase seen in this photo- it was more like a regular vase spray painted a horrible blue color. There was another arrangement of flowers at the service as well and those were from Elaine's and looked WAY better- they had life, the blue was blue and the flowers were full.

I ordered what I thought was teleflora's Merry and Bright off of what I thought was their website. Description said arrangement was full orientation. When I picked arrangement it was not and when I called to discuss they told me I didn't use their Bloom Nation website! Why would they have 2 websites? I had to drive back there and employees were somewhat snarky and floral designer moved flowers around for a sparse full orientation. I should have refused the arrangement right there. It was not worth the money and it was definitely not what I thought I ordered. I wish I could upload a photo of what I received. I will never use this florist again.
