The experience with Cottage Garden Floral is always great. When ordering online, you can send a custom notecard to the recipient, and schedule the delivery in advance. I love that they have add-on options such as chocolates, balloons, home decor, and stuffed animals. It helps to make the gift even more elevated. Their prices are always reasonable. The delivery process is great - an email is sent when the flowers are out for delivery, and another email is sent when they are delivered. They even show a picture of the flowers in the email when they are out for delivery - they are always beautiful. I wasn't expecting this, but it is a nice added peace of mind knowing that the flowers got delivered with no problem, and to be able to see that they are high quality!

I found Cottage Garden and their prices seemed very reasonable and they said they were able to get the flowers out that day. And they weren't going to charge me a fortune to do so. After ordering online I got multiple updates letting me know the status of the order. I even got a picture of the flowers with the card. Flowers were delivered and beautiful. They looked just like the picture on their website. VERY PLEASED!!! I will be using them again!

They sent a picture of the bouquet when it was done which I really appreciated and I found the extra stems included for the $20 upgrade meet expectations and were beautiful. They did have to make some substitutes to the one shown in the picture which I expected (I purchased in winter) but the end result was gorgeous so Id trust them to make the right decisions.

I am on military orders and at 9pm I came across their site in hopes of sending flowers to our daughters school, the next day, for her birthday. Placing the order online was easy. The flowers look and smell amazing. I purchased the Vanessa and added the premium package which said it would add more flowers. The arraignment looks almost exactly like the picture of what I would’ve gotten for the original price. I chose the third tier upgrade option for more flowers, and when you upgrade at $10 an upgrade I guess I expected an extra rose or lily for each upgrade. I wouldn’t recommend.

This does not look like what I ordered. Even after they remade it, it still didn’t look like what I ordered. The main color in the arrangement I ordered was purple.
Before they remade the arrangement it had leaves in it that were missing big chunks and dying and that it was just thrown together. In the past they’ve always done a nice job. This time they really missed the mark. Very disappointed this time.

First - this is the cutest flower arrangement I have ever seen!! Absolutely perfect and whimsical for a new baby. Not only was there a baby-specific section to order from, but the options were SO MUCH better than other places.

I had never been here and was so pleasantly surprised to discover this gem. I would venture to say it’s one of the top flower shops in our area given the variety, quality, customer service, and prices. They have a cute little gift shop with something for everyone, single stems, prearranged or florist choice arrangements. And they customize beautifully with ceramic birds, picks, etc. Best of all-their pricing is on point. This is my new go-to flower shop!

The bouquet is very cute and the recipient liked it.
I'm just a little disappointed because I am not a fan of baby's breath for filler and one of the reasons I ordered the Ernie was because it didn't have baby's breath in it. The photo of the Ernie online used a small daisy (looked like chamomile) for filler, which I really liked and was expecting.

Cottage Garden Floral is top notch! When looking from afar to send flowers for a birthdayI was happy to see that the bouquet pictured on their website was exactly what you would get for the price offered or that you could upgrade from there.
Very disheartened by other local options when I would click on the order button only to find out the item pictured would be $50 more!! How are to to know what that lower price option would look like?!
The flowers delivered we exactly as pictured! I will definitely shop here again.

I was needing a florist to send some items to my mom's new home and I am so glad that I found Cottage Garden! I had compared their designs online with other florists in the area and I thought Cottage Garden's looked the best.

My favorite feature was that they sent me a photo of the completed designs before delivery. I was so pleasantly surprised to get to see them! That was above and beyond service.

I also got a confirmation when they were delivered, which was reassuring.

I don't typically leave reviews but I was so happy with their service that I made sure to leave one. I would absolutely order from them again.

Christmas Eve flowers were delivered a day early without notifying me or the recipient. They were left on the front porch outside on a very windy day for nearly two hours. Understandable at the weather prediction for Christmas Eve was poor, but communication could have been much better. I was very disappointed.

The arrangement was beautiful! And there was a little bit of an issue with delivery because they had several deliveries that day and the recipient of the arrangement left her office before the flowers could be delivered, but the couple delivering them were so kind and helpful that they delivered the flowers all the way out to her house and even included a box of truffles for the inconvenience. Very professional company. My family said they will be using Cottage Floral Garden from now on!

Beautiful! I'm SO glad the potted flowers were yellow, even though the one on the website was pink. My grandmother's favorite color is yellow, and she especially loves yellow flowers. I could not be more thrilled with my experience with Cottage Garden Floral! The order process was super easy and took no time at all.
