How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (208) 353-9293, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (208) 353-9293 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The owner Kyle, contacted the recipients of the flowers I ordered and expressed his concern over my review and very professionally and kindly asked if he could make it right. He hand delivered a replacement arrangement that same day and my friends could not have been more pleased with the beautiful flowers. Thank you Kyle. |This is what he ordered! One very large bouquet of flowers! I’m a gardener and absolutely LOVE flowers but I usually don’t receive them this way. I grow them!
This bouquet has lovely color, texture and is lovely in scent. Big, beautiful double roses, lilies, hollyhocks…..The foxtail…..What’s not to love?

|The floral arrangement that I ordered and the one that was delivered are completely different. I was underwhelmed with the delivered arrangement to say the least. $100+ does not add up on this one. Flowers from Trader Joe’s would have been much better and 1/5 the cost. Today Costa Floral did not come close to performing for me sorry. Will not use again or refer.

|I had some specific requests I left on my order, and he called me to give me some better options to make my requests possible.
On delivery, the flowers had to be left at the door as nobody answered, but he called and let me know just to make sure. Because it was nice weather outside at the time, he assured they would be okay for a while, and they were!
I got to see a snapshot of the arrangement, and they looked great there and when received as well.
Again, pretty great.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
