I discovered Collins Florist and Gifts while searching for florists close to where my mother lives. I’m from Panama City, Florida & ordered a spray for a very special friend’s funeral. I’m always skeptical when I have to order flowers sight unseen because I’ve actually been embarrassed in the past when ordered from what I thought was a reputable florist only to be dissatisfied with their work & quality.

courteous and professional. i requested an lsu pick and/or ribbon for the arrangement as my cousin was an lsu fan. the only plant i saw with such had card that belonged to someone else. i don't know if wrong card put on my plant, as i didn't see another one with lsu pick/ribbon. price was reasonable and cousin's wife liked the plant. i prefer doing business with local florists in the area as i've had bad experiences with national sellers. thank you.

The flower arrangement was unacceptable. There were more leaves than anything in the arrangement. If we would have known we could have just ordered a plant. Very disappointed in the arrangement. Pleased with the figurine and delivery.

I would not recommend this Florist to anyone!!! I ordered roses and balloons they forgot to deliver the balloon and the roses was just thrown in a vase !!!! If your trying to impress a love one with nice flowers and gifts this Florist is “not” the one . It was a waste of time and money!!!!!

Website false advertising. Doesn’t follow up with customer if out of a flower, she just substitute on her own. If your out of something, call your customer to make sure they still want it. Give them the choice.. It was my first time ordering from them, and I will never order again.

You did not specify you were not open to substitutions, and we added flowers that cost twice the price of what you paid for. We cannot communicate any better with you. The bouquet I ordered from the website said was going to look close to the picture showed on the site but when I got the bouquet it was pitiful looking looked nothing like it said it would.

The arrangement was extremely disappointing and WAS NOT WORTH money spent on it. It was much smaller than it appears here (about a foot tall if that much.) I saw other arrangements at the funeral and they were very nice and worth the amount paid. I was embarrassed looking at this arrangement.
