Collene's Crafts-N-Flowers
Started selling flowers in 1986 in Shartlesville Pa in one of the Painted Ladies buildings. 15 years later moved the shop to Kutztown hoping to get in with the younger style at KU. Now in Kutztown 15 years we have a large line of Counrty gifts, Yankee Candles, greeting cards, CP Basials wooden Spoons, Hand made Pottery, Wedding Crocks and much more.

There is so many different fruits in it and my mom loved it. I give it to her for Christmas there was a pineapple in it which I was not expecting. But she was very happy about that she loves pineapple there was oranges tangerines bananas kiwi apples very much appreciated because my mom loves fruit. The arrangement by Collene’s Crafts-N-Flowers was lovely. They added a red rose and some pink flowers along with the beautiful white roses. Not very happy with the flower delivery! The delivery person buzzed my mom's apartment and then just left the flowers in the mailroom at her apartment complex. The flowers did not look like the picture which I understand it won't look exactly like the picture on the website but it didn't have the smaller flowers, they used 2 big filler flowers with long stem flowers sticking out. Not attractive at all.

While the bouquet was ‘nice,’…. It was supposed to contain more color. There were no red roses, nor purple flowers! So, I WAS disappointed. (The bouquet I sent a month ago to Susan Weiss was EXACTLY as advertised, however. ). Only the apparent size was as advertised. Yes, I know there may be a disclaimer; but I ordered based upon a closer match than what was delivered.

The arrangement that was ordered was not available. I was contacted and a substitution was offered at same value. Upon seeing the delivered arrangement I was a bit disappointed. It was nicely done and a chicken was included. However, I did expect more flowers over green fillers. I realize that arrangements will not always look like the advertised product. I guess I was expecting more. The picture probably was showing the higher value arrangement.

What a disappointment! The floral design was not anything like what I selected and the flowers started dying overnight. It was not only a shock to me, but my receiver (my brother) was saddened as well. I felt embarrassed since it was a gift and gratitude of love for Valentine’s Day. Coleene’s has never disappointed me like this in the past so I am incredibly surprised at the bad overall experience.

I am very disappointed, if I would have been contacted on the day I placed the order (Thurs) and or Fri that my selection was unavailable, I would have had ample time to review other options. Instead, I was contacted by vm on Sat @ 1:00 PM (day of delivery), but did not retrieve vm til 1:45. I realize that substitutions are allowed, but it is not even close to what I had ordered & this situation should have been handled differently. While arrangement was beautiful, it wasn't exactly what I ordered. I understand certain flowers wont' be in season, but then it shouldn't be shown on website to order. I didn't get tulips in the bouquet and would of preferred them as shown. But bouquet was beautiful and cheered my friend up. Only suggestion is to update website for online ordering to reflect what is available for seasons.

Close but no cigar... minimal lavender - lots of green and red and only half full. No where close to picture displayed. Red roses haphazardly placed. More like a $40 arrangement than a $100+. Service and delivery were expedient and efficient (same day and within hours).

The delivery person was extremely careful too. The flowers were delivered on windy day, and I did not answer the door immediately as I could not hear the doorbell. He called to let me know that the flowers were delivered but did not want to leave them on the porch as the wind might blow them over. I did not have my phone near me, so I missed that call. I luckily walked pass the front door and saw him. He must have waited 5-10 minutes, very professional and courteous.

The flowers I ordered and the flowers that my best friend received for her 50th birthday, look nothing like this. While it had the same color combination, I was pretty disappointed when my friend sent a picture to me of what she received. While they were pretty, it wasn’t what I ordered. I didn’t say anything to her because she was happy and didn’t know the difference. I realize times are hard right now and maybe certain flowers are hard to come by, but then I wish somebody would’ve called me to let me know. Plus I asked for a balloon to be attached and she did not receive that. I will say she was quite excited that a flower seed packet came with her arrangement so that was a nice extra.

The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand sometimes substitutions need to be made, but this was completely different. The colors were no where near as vivid as the picture on the website. I would have include a picture of what I had delivered in this review if that option was given. I'm disappointed.

The basket was ok but didn't contain the bright colored flowers that were in the picture. I saw two roses and the edges looked a bit brown :( I realize it was for a funeral but my dear friend loved the colorful flowers and that is what I was expecting to see. Not dull and bland.

My daughter put herself through three years of online college while working, raising a baby and keeping a household. Her graduation is an exciting time for her and her family. We’re very proud of her and wanted to send her a beautiful bouquet of flowers to express how much she is loved and what an awesome job she did so when I found this beautiful arrangement it was exactly what I was looking for. I understand that it may not come out exactly as shown but what was delivered to her was awful. It did not represent the bouquet at all. Maybe I do not understand the concept of putting together flowers but if you offer a specific arrangement then I would expect you would try to copy it a little better than what was done. Even though I did pay for the deluxe upgrade I don’t consider filling in with ferns as upgrade. I appreciate that you tried to fix it but it still did not satisfy me even though my daughter says they were pretty.

The flowers were beautiful and looked like the picture pretty much. I'm only giving 4 stars because they were delivered way outside of my preferred time range. I understand that the time range is not guaranteed, but still, I would've liked it delivered while she was there, not for her to receive it afterward. All good though. I would buy from you again.

Disappointed in my order. First I got a call that they were out of the mug for the flowers. That was ok so long as they coordinated the flowers. When delivered I immediately noticed there were no roses only daisies and carnations??. I did call and roses were then delivered but for the cost I am definitely underwhelmed.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
