I had ordered the "Premium" Flowers for my mom along with a box of chocolates. The photo she sent me sure didn't look like the premium flowers I had paid for. They looked like the standard flowers, very skimpy and not as many flowers and full at all. She loves the vase it came in. She did say the chocolates were really good.

The online process was easy and the delivery quick but the flowers were a christmasy...mostly red and green. The photo online showed more fall colors, which is why i chose it for an October birthday. But, i did appreciate the quick service. Next time I'll be more specific.

This bouquet was BEAUTIFUL!! I was certainly not disappointed. The bouquet was picked up from the shop and delivered for me (I called too late to have it delivered same day). This picture doesn't do justice to what the bouquet actually looked like; FULL of vibrant colors, so many buds (but not too many to where you wouldn't know what the flowers were going to look like) that will make it last SO MUCH longer!! Their prices are very reasonable and the service was so friendly. I called to let them know what time the bouquet would be picked up and the young lady was so nice and said they'd have it ready - and it was ready!! I would highly, highly recommend Coleman Florist and I will certainly be ordering again from them.

So when I arrived at the funeral home and saw the arrangement it was pathetic, it was not an upgraded version of anything had less blooms then the low grade version, was in an ugly wood box instead of a glass vase. I’m sorry but if the vase comes from Florida then go to Walmart and you can certainly buy one there! I was honestly ashamed of the arrangement and would have removed it from the funeral home if I could have done it without being seen!

Coleman Florist was outstanding and I highly recommend them. Sadly, our aunt passed away in Missouri and we are on the west coast. We wanted to send a beautiful bouquet to her daughter, and Coleman Florist handled our request with TLC. They called us when they didn't have the exact color of roses to ask our permission for pale pink roses versus the white and also asked about using a different vase. All of which we approved of.. but they went the extra mile and texted a photo of the completed bouquet prior to delivering it. The bouquet was not of similar quality as the picture at all. It looked significantly different than what I thought I was ordering. I was definitely disappointed in what I received versus what I ordered. The flowers that I did receive were healthy and looked nice, but I wouldn't have ordered what I received. It was significantly smaller than what was pictured and a different variety of flower makeup then what was pictured.

What was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. First they tried to tell me it was an upgrade. No, it was not. Next they tried to tell me they didn’t have the flowers the arrangement I ordered called for. Next the tried to blame Covid. If you are going to have to substitute then make a phone call to authorize the change. Don’t just deliver what you want, then offer to go pick it up the next day. You think I’m going to take my moms flowers away from her?? The refunded $22 which wasn’t enough. I purposely used a local florist instead of a large chain to give the small guy the business. I won’t use this florist again. If I could post pictures of what I ordered compared to what I got, 100% of people would agree.

Ordered Pink Posh Bouquet for sister-in-laws birthday. Weather was snowy...they called and said they couldn’t make the delivery that day. Later that evening I received an email stating that the flowers were hand delivered to her. That was a lie...she got them the next day and it was a pathetic attempt at the arrangement ordered and the flowers were drooping...definitely not fresh. I had used the “old” Coleman’s many times...always excellent products and delivery service. This was my second attempt with the “new” Coleman’s..it will also be my last.

There were two Deal of the Days listed. I chose the picture containing red roses, pine needles, brown leaves and berries. In other words, it had a Christmasy feel I thought appropriate for the season. The other Deal was bright and colorful. Think summer. I know the T’s and C’s say flowers can be substituted based on what’s in stock, however separate bouquets with these same flowers/items were pictured. So I can only assume this stuff should have been in stock. Red roses are pretty basic. Needless to say, I was disappointed upon seeing the bouquet made for my aunt’s funeral.

The flower arrangement itself was beautiful. However, I had requested that the flowers be delivered after a certain time because that is when the recipient would be at the location. The flowers were delivered 2 hours prior to my requested time. Therefore, the recipient was not at the location yet and the flowers had already been delivered and sat there for 2 hours until she got there. I was very unhappy with this because I even called the day before and the women on the phone ensured me that if I wrote in the “special requests” box what time I wanted them delivered they would be sure to fulfill my request. Very disappointed in this service.

The flowers were to be delivered to a residential home, but they weren't ever recieved by the intended recipient. They were delivered to the wrong home. The florist agreed to remake the bouquet. But, this time we said we will pick up and deliver them, since the surprise was already ruined. When we called to see if they were ready, the florist said yes, and that she upgraded them to a nicer bouquet for our trouble. When then asked about reimbursement for the delivery charge, she said she used that to upgrade the bouquet. That should have been ran by us first. Wasn't a great experience.

The flowers were great! Better than expected. I spelled the last name right regarding recipient however the last name was spelled wrong on the card. It may have been because I accidentally spelled it wrong in the special instructions but I would have thought it would have been spelled according to the recipient spelling. Regardless, she’s happy with them and I plan on being a future customer for many more deliveries. If there is an error noticed with the spelling based on my error, it would be better to check with me about it than to guess which one. Thank you!

I ordered this "deluxe" basket as a token of my sympathy for the passing of my father-in-law. I was shocked to see this morning in the picture that my sister and brother-in-law sent me that what they received was VERY different from what was advertised in the picture of what I ordered.
The basket they got had plants with no flowers or blooms whatsoever (it was entirely plants). I specifically chose this item because it cintained a mix of plants with the symbolic white blooms, so was very disappointed these were not included. In addition, the basket contained orange and brown fall/autumn themed ribbons instead of white ones! This gave it a Thanksgiving feel, which completely contradicted the sentiment I was trying to send. This delivery made both of us look very poorly.
