Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Exceptional service. I would definately recommend using this company for all your floral needs. I had checked an email, on the 7th that said my flowers were delivered. I had specified for them to be delivered on the eighth. Being concerned that they would wilt, I called and spoke to a very nice lady, and she told me that the wake for my aunt was on the 7th and then the floral arrangements would be taken to the funeral the next day. Being across the country, I was only given the funeral details. I found their consideration and thoughtfulness very touching to my heart. They went above and beyond their responsibility to assure my arrangement made it to, not only to the funeral, as I requested and only knew about, but to the viewing, which was at a completely different address and on a completely different day and time!! This is an example of excellent costumer service. I am so impressed and thankful. It is hard to find companies and people like this these days. I HIGHLY recommended you utilize this company's compassion for your floral needs. Wow! So impressive. Thank you all.
