I can not express the gratitude I have for this florist. I called at about 2:30 when google stated they close at 3pm. I had a almost unreasonable request due to the last minute timing in my request. But they were able to pull off and hand deliver a very special and beautiful set of flowers to my mother. The florist was simply delightful to speak to and so passionate about the flowers she wanted to place in the bouquet. She drove it directly to my mothers house and delivered it to her with out hesitation. We will be using this florist in the future and will be recommending to family and friends. Ordered this arrangement online to have delivered to my mother-in-law for her 90th birthday. I was not able to physically see the arrangement, however, I was told by many people who visited my mother-in-law that it was absolutely beautiful! I called your phone number today and left a message that the planter that was delivered to my sister-in-law did not include fresh flowers which were included in the "deluxe" planter. I paid for the deluxe planter. I received no return call. I called and left a second message with the same information and suggested either I get a credit or perhaps a small floral arrangement could be delivered to my sister-in-law. Again, no response. I did not want to leave a negative review. I wanted to talk to an employee or manager of The Irish Rose. This kind of customer service is very disappointing and I did not need this aggravation today.

Absolutely loved the centerpieces that Jen made for a recent event, it was exactly what I wanted. Just beautiful, Jen came to pick up the vases I wanted her to use and delivered the flowers on the day of the event. My only issue was the communication, I left the vases out for 2 days before Jen called to make arrangements for a different day and when I left a message about my credit card info I didn’t hear back from her for another few days. While I thought communication could have been better I would use her again and would recommend her.

It was a pretty arrangement. But the picture my friend sent me looked nothing like the picture of what I selected on the website. The arrangement was not in a tidy dome shape like the picture on the website. The blooms were loose & sticking out all over the place.

The delivered flowers were similar in colors to the photo sample .. they were beautiful...and delivered on the date requested. I liked receiving the email confirming delivery. The only thing I requested that didn't happen, is I had requested a picture of the delivered flowers be texted to me so I could actually see what was delivered. In the end, it worked out - my brother was able to talk my mom through how to take a pic using her iPad and sent that to me.

Many thanks to your delivery man (Ben?). Address was confusing and no one home when instructed to deliver. Left me a voicemail on what to do. Let him know that the one he was trying to deliver to was running late and he said he would swing by later and deliver then. This was at 5:20 on Valentine's day!!! Flowers arrived 5 minutes before someone was home to bring inside. We had traded instructions and directions and were able to make my daughter's day! Thank you, everyone, very much.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
