After a private consultation, Claudia and her team closely track their discerning clients' plans until the day of the big event. Their artistry and reliability are the results of long experience working with Rochester-area florists.
Claudia and several members of her team spent many years at the highly-rated Topiary, a former florist's shop in Pittsford. She then ran her own florist's business in Pittsford before launching a shop in a charming Fairport neighborhood.
Claudia O'Hara Floral Designs currently produces floral arrangements for country clubs, commercial establishments, and event venues, winning rave reviews and making new friends all the time. While its staff is comfortable creating elaborate centerpieces for large weddings, it also enjoys producing distinctive floral designs for more intimate gatherings - always taking time to bring its clients' dreams to life.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
