Flowers for my sister were delivered yesterday and she did like them. However, I did pay extra for balloons with Happy Birthday that were not included. No big deal; however I upgraded the arrangement to deluxe with balloons and expected more flowers.

I had to make a last-minute change to my online order the day it was to be delivered. I called the shop early in the morning and had the problem resolved immediately, no problem. I requested a custom bouquet of sunflowers and a birthday balloon for my mama. When my mom received them she sent me a picture with the most precious smile! And much to my surprise there were some roses and beautiful lavender pieces throughout the bouquet as well. I would definitely order from Clark's again. Ordered a Birthday arrangement from Texas for a friend in Connersville. Dealt with a very nice lady over the phone, who was most accommodating. They were able to deliver early the next day, which was much appreciated. Beautiful arrangement that my friend immediately sent a picture of and was so happy to receive. Will definitely use Clark's in the future for my floral need!

When I received a photo from my mom of the arrangement, she didn't have a single rose in it. The picture of the arrangement I ordered had roses! I'm disappointed in the fact I expected roses and didn't receive them. I didn't get what I paid for

Flowers look nothing like picture. Don’t get me wrong. They’re still pretty but picture shows many colors and basket pretty full. These flowers were in a vase not a basket. Only pink and white basically and not nearly as many as picture shows. So a little disappointed but my daughter really liked them.

I ordered the largest "peace" lily for my uncles funeral showing. When my sister and I arrived at the funeral home and saw the actual item we were so very upset. It was a wicker planter with 2 fake white stick flowers in it. The entire thing was about 13 inches tall. Nothing like what I ordered. When I put the order in on the actual Clark website I ordered the one that was $59.95 and with tax and delivery it was $69.50. Now the webpage says Clarks so it's clearly their page. They however told me that when I order on their actual site the orders go to bloom nation. No where on my order or their site did it tell me that or that bloom nation would get a $10 fee from my order thus making my order only worth $49.95 which is a smaller item. If I would have known this I would have called to place my order. When I spoke to the lady at Clarks she was nice but they didn't offer anything for the issue that I had or how disappointed I was. Next time I need to order for anything/anyone in Connersville I will buy the items myself and deliver them. I wish their website informed me about the $10 and that the order would go through another site but it did not. We will not be shopping with Clarks again.

The bouquet I ordered showed 3 roses, and many daisies. The actual bouquet my mom received had only 1 rose and zero daisies. She sent me a picture. I was quite disappointed. I try to always support local businesses instead of large chains.

Ordered online from Florida on Sunday and needed to be delivered before 1:00 on Monday. I called at 7:30 in the morning and they were already prepared and ready to go. Super friendly also. I would highly recommend.

This was my first purchase from Clark’s. I ordered from one of the choices on their website. I do understand that some flowers may vary depending on the arrangement, but the arrangement that was delivered to my recipient looked absolutely nothing like the photo I chose. If they could not accommodate my request, I should have been contacted. I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

Flower arrangement was great. Wife happy. My disappointment was their delivery. I specified delivery for Wednesday because that was when my wife worked and could enjoy them thru the workday. Instead they are delivered a day early (a day she did not work). So she had to make an unplanned trip to get them. Very frustrating. Overall could have been better.

Always interesting to see what you order vs. what you get. I know not to expect the exact thing advertised but I don't feel it was very close. The flower/greenery ratio was no where near the same. It looks as if there are flowers missing. Not very excited about the result. The advertisement was very cheery and what I was looking for during this terrible covid holidays and it was not the least bit cheery, it was more sad.

I thought the request and the sum of money would have allowed for some creativity on the part of the designer but it did not, so that was disappointing. The plant was delivered on time.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
