Have to say I was a little disappointed with the arrangement The picture I ordered from was so pretty with all the pastel colors and the one that was delivered looked nothing like it. It was ok Not very colorful. And there needed to be a better description for the candy. Thought I needed to add it on. They ended up getting 2 boxes.

I order flowers to be delivered to my disabled Mother, and it takes her time to get to the door. I noted this in my online order request. When the flowers were delivered the courier wanted patiently for my Mother to answer the door. The bouquet of flowers were so large and beautiful, that it was heavy, The courier carried the flowers into the house for my Mother, and arranged them to her liking. We were just as happy with the flowers as we were with the care given in the delivery. Claire's is a florist that truly cares! I will be using them again, and again!

Thee folks do lovely work - trust them with a Designers Choice option to let them display their creativity. Beautiful and unusual! The concierges at the recipient’s retirement home (who sees lots of flowers) asked for the florist’s name because the arrangement was such a stand out.
And . . . on the service side, Claire's checked with me on my order to confirm that I meant to have flowers sent after Valentine’s Day, not before. (I did.) They reached out in the middle of their super busy Valentine’s Day rush just to be sure!

I've ordered flowers from Claire's Garden twice and have been extremely pleased with my experience. I have family in the Norton area and after a bad experience with a larger floral delivery service, I decided to go directly with a local florist, and I'll continue to do the same in the future. It was easy to order online, they sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered, and they were generous in the number of flowers in the Stargazer Garden deluxe that I ordered. They even deliver to many Akron hospitals. My mom loved the flowers and got many compliments on them from others. I strongly recommend Claire's Garden to others, and they'll continue to get my business whenever I need to send flowers in their area.

The flowers arrived on time, however they looked NOTHING like the picture provided. The flowers were supposed to be a bouquet of pastel flowers, instead, all of the flowers were white with one bright pink one. It looked sad and tacky. For $75+ I feel it was an enormous rip off.
