Don’t spend the extra money on the premium upgrade. The bouquet was barely premium. Taste level on arrangement was mediocre. 200$ gets you a couple roses, hydrangeas and too much eucalyptus branches poking out. ( any eucalyptus is too much in my opinion )

My dad loved his Father's Day flowers! Unfortunately the flowers, I ordered were at the end of their season and Citiwide just heard they weren't going to get more after I ordered. The florist called and talked me through similar options, asking what I liked about the ones I ordered, and we found a suitable replacement. They even added an extra stem of the original flower I ordered to make it special. My dad loved them!

My SIL sent a photo of the arrangement they received. There were NO roses. There were some lilies but they were not open and still green. It was a very green version of this, minus roses, so drab. I didn't want to just leave a bad review, so I emailed Citywide Florist with a photo of the one they sent, hoping they would respond and address the issue. I know they are not always able to exactly replicate the photo, but not one rose used, where it clearly shows several? It's not acceptable. The lack of response was, in fact, a response. I will find another UES florist to use when in the city.

Terrific, efficient and friendly customer service! My girlfriend is on a ladies trip to NYC in advance of our upcoming wedding. I called to have 2 dozen roses delivered to her hotel. They asked me to place the order through their website, which I did. When I called again to confirm they got the order I was informed that the roses were already on their way. When I called the hotel, I learned they were already in her room waiting for her. Shortly thereafter I got a photo and text from my girlfriend shocked and thanking me for the beautiful roses. City Wide delivered for sure! Thanks!!

The flowers and service were great as always. The only reason this is not a five star is that the flowers arrived without a card or even the name of the florist.
I hope they add a "designers choice" option to the website so they can be creative and there are no expectations. For the flowers I sent-- dark red roses were substituted for the pink, and green hydrangeas for the blue, and so on. I would have specified pastels if I could.

Terrible experience, if I could submit a photo to prove I would. I ordered the dark succulent bloom for my girlfriend for her birthday & they sent her a different succulent altogether that is dying. When I called to tell the company it was the wrong plant I was not helped, rather rudely told it was the same plant. Never offered a refund, or the proper plant, just a harsh "you want me to take it back?!"

The arrangement that was sent to my friend bore very little similarity to what the website led me to believe it would be. The flowers were different, as well as the pine cones & greenery. All items were cheaper versions of what was advertised. It didn’t even have the frosty appearance that it is named for. I emailed the florist twice and didn’t receive a response. I ordered these flowers which cost me 108.00 cause I upgraded to the deluxe size. When they came, they were 1/3 the size of the picture, very different vase, no pearls in the flowers as they stated, and no curly embellishments like in the photo. It was a tiny display and I was embarrassed. I tried to call them to complain before I wrote this review, but they didnt answer. Needless to say, I will NEVER use them or trust them again. When you pick something out online, you trust it will look almost identical, especially when u pay more. Never again!

I splurged and paid for a Premium version of Vision of Beauty for my daughter-in-law for Mother's Day. She sent a photo. I was horrifed. It was an awkward arrangement (unlike the photo online) and included alstromeria--the absolutely cheapest flowers found in any grocery store! How does this qualify as Premium?!? We are a florist situated in Hong Kong. One client approached us to order for a bouquet of yellow tulips to send in New York.
I searched the website and found your company. I placed an order on 15th May 2018 for the above item, “Pleasingly Pink by BloomNation” (Upgraded to Deluxe).
I marked the Recipient Address and phone number.
I left a card message and I marked the “Special Instruction”: Could you replace the red tulips with YELLOW tulips? Is it possible to arrange the delivery around or after 3p.m. on 18th May 2018?"

I received an email on 19th May 2018 “City Wide Flower Plants has hand delivered your Order” on 18th May. In the email, it also clearly listed my request, "Special Instructions: Could you replace the red tulips with YELLOW tulips?
Is it possible to arrange the delivery around or after 3p.m. on 18th May 2018?
However, my client’s aunt has sent the picture of the flower she received. It was not yellow tulips. They are “pink” tulips without any matching flowers or greens. My client complained to us about the poor standard of flowers supplied by BloomNation. She also requested our help. Being a florist myself, I found your service at poor standard.
1st: City Wide Flower Plants has not monitored Bloom Nation to supply high standard of flower arrangement.
2nd: City Wide Flower Plants has not sent me any photos of the final product by email or whatsapp. This already a common procedure in Hong Kong to send individual picture;
3rd: Our client showed us the picture and we, as a professional florist, were shocked by the poor standard of the floral arrangement of only a few short pink tulips in a tiny little vase.

Frankly I was a little disappointed since I upgraded to the Deluxe bouquet I thought there would be more flowers and there are less roses than shown on the picture of the regular bouquet. There were a lot more greens and we cannot see the flowers that well. This is the first time that I have ordered on line and it does not look like the picture.
