Flowers were withered, arrangement was not deluxe and did not look like what I ordered. Although the colors were vibrant, the flowers were not fresh as I would have expected. The petals where soft and droopy. Poor quality, disappointing. Do not recommend.

Five stars to City Bloom for their exceptional service. The flowers for the arrangement I ordered (Pincushion Protea) were not available. Dan phoned to let me know and made a few alternative suggestions. I said I would leave it to his discretion to create something equally interesting and unusual. The arrangement he created was stellar and perfect for our daughter's 40th birthday. In her words, "gorgeous".
P.S.- Our daughter was not home on the delivery date and Dan phoned to let me know that he left her a voicemail to arrange a time that she would be home. Again Dan's attention and follow-up was exceptional. City Bloom is my go-to florist and my daughter is spreading the word in the East Bay. Thank you Dan and City Bloom

This is the greatest florist in Oakland. He is a true artist. I found the shop when I was working in downtown oakland, and was never disappointed. He was able to put together arrangements beyond what I could have thought up or the ones you see online. Give him free reign and see what you get.

Flowers were beautiful!!! Simply gorgeous - just wished they arrived a little earlier in the day. They were delivered late in the day and the recipient had already gone.

I ordered "Paradise Found" but it was not the same when my friend send me the photo, its different from my order!! Quite disappointing!

Vendor does not deliver to Milpitas area, even though it says so on the website. Very Disappointed.

Beautiful arrangement of flowers and delivery at agreed time

I understand the bouquets will vary from the photo, but what we received looked NOTHING like this. It was smaller and poorly arranged. I would like sympathy flowers to look like we really care about the individual and unfortunately these did not.

During such a difficult time you guys hit the ball out of the park. After placing my order I received a call from City Bloom that the bouquet that I'd chosen wasn't available but not to fret they could make an outstanding replacement! AND THEY DID!! The selection of arrangements was very good and the delivery was available that day. It was really great.

Customer service was good. The lady who called and helped me was very nice and friendly. When she told me that the flower arrangement they have won't look exactly what was pictured on their website. I immediately said it's fine, what I didn't know was it was going to look nothing like what they have on it at all. Even my mom thought it was ugly.
