Dissappointed is an understatement.
The basket pictured online had a lot of pretty floral color to it. The arrangement delivered to the service had almost ZERO color to it and was 95% greens. (aside from a white lily that was almost open).
I was thrilled that a delivery was made to the event in a very timely manner, but the quality was disheartening for a $105 arrangement purchase.

It was so easy to order online. They delivered on the day that was promised. In my notes, I asked for a balloon as there was not an option to purchase one on the website. I provided my contact details so they could contact me so I could pay for it. They gave the balloon for free. It was for my moms birthday. The receiver sent me a photo of the flowers I sent them. They were pretty but definitely didn’t look like the premium version of what I paid for. I spent over $200 on the bouquet and it looked like a $100 version. The website photo had a very full bouquet with many roses and no space between flowers. All the flowers were tightly compact and the bouquet was large. The flower arrangement the recipient received had many gaps between flowers and definitely not as many flowers. I thought spending $200 on a premium flower arrangement would have a stunning factor but it was less thrilling. Probably won’t pay for a premium floral arrangement again. Just wasn’t worth it.

I order flowers regularly for my significant other. I decided to use chucks floral since it’s the closet flower shop to her new job. The Bouquet looks nothing like the picture. When she walked in the door with them I was wondering where the rest of it went. First it only came with 6 roses unlike the picture. I would never order a half dozen roses. And before bed the flowers in the vase were already dying. Definitely disappointed.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
