More than 40 years ago, Ruth Christoffers discovered an out let for her love of flowers. She began offering distinctive and personalized arrangements, a service which proved to be so popular, the demand could no longer be met from the confines of her garage. The business moved to our current space at 860 Mountain Avenue in August of 1980. Over the course of time, the shop has established a reputation for quality, dependability, and excellent service. Together, we nurture the spirit of innovation by leading Christoffers Florist in new and exciting directions. We offer not only fresh, floral arrangements, but also custom silk designs, cards, gifts, and home furnishings from around the globe. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (908) 233-0500, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (908) 233-0500 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

There are lots of florists out there but none as good as Christoffers. I can only make that statement because I have been married 55 years and very often over all of those years I have sent flowers to my wonderful wife. I used a local florist which was more then a online florist. I paid more for the Orchid and 10.00 delivery fee with a 15.00 tip. The delivery was brought to the wrong house on 1st try. I call Christoffers and their first response was not "oh no" let me check on that? we will refund your delivery charge...... It was instead "the driver is on the phone now!" I will never again pay the high price I paid local no reason since customer service was poor.

I can’t recommend these lovely folks enough. I placed an order from out of state for flowers to a be delivered to a grieving family member. This lovely shop owner could not have been more helpful. The flowers I saw online were not available on this particular day but the gentleman was quick to offer a beautiful alternative and reassured me that he would hand select the replacement for me. Because I ordered "Designer's Choice" I never actually saw the finished arrangement. That being said, my friend was thrilled when it arrived. I appreciate the prompt response and same day delivery you provided. As a Mountainside resident, I have been the recipient of many, many Christoffers arrangements and have always been impressed with the creativity of each.
I think the only constructive criticism I could offer is when "Designer's Choice" is selected, the sender could then receive an email with a picture of the arrangement along with the confirmation of delivery.

I ordered flowers (Designers Choice/Premium) for a family reunion at my cousin's home. Much to my dismay the arrangement was quite small and felt a bit "lost" on her table. I have used Christoffers many times in the past and have always been 100% pleased. Possibly the "designer's choice" selection was not the correct choice for this event.

I placed the order online approximately 10 days before Mother's Day. I didn't receive my flowers until after 1 pm. By that time my mother was gone. The shop called me at 11:52 and 12:15. The man on the phone claimed he called me earlier but my call log shows no sign of this. This used to be my go to place for flowers but I will reconsider moving forward. The guy on the phone was a condescending dick too.
