About the Shop
Chocolato was founded 2008 in Los Angeles, CA and later moved to Glendale, CA in 2012. Chocolato is a chocolate and flower store with many floral designers in house. Our chocolates are imported from Europe focusing on Belgium and Swiss chocolates. Our specialties are events and special occasions with a large profile of weddings of all sizes. Our company policy is to make sure to bring our customers visions to reality.
Our design aesthetic at Chocolato is royal, we thrive to make each event as luxurious and lavish as possible. When we think of a Royal wedding we think of Prince William and Kate or Prince Harry and Meghan but at Chocolato when our team thinks of a Royal wedding we also think of our brides and grooms.
Our goal is to make the event seamlessly and beautiful for our customers. We provide floral arrangements and centerpieces, chocolates and favors. Here at Chocolato we want to make the process of your events easier by having less vendors. With our team on board we are able to provide all aspects of your event seamlessly. Each team member takes care of their task for each event.
Our arrangements are made in house by our talented florist who thrive to make the most elegant blooms.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
