Chita Avalos
As a little girl I grew up right next to a flower shop which is when my love for flowers began. As a married woman with three wonderful kids, it is a blessing for me to be able to work on something I love every day and have my family right by my side. I put my heart into every arrangement I create so when I work, I make it as if it were going to my home, my wedding or even my memorial. I love what I do and that's what makes my pieces so unique.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (562) 927-7604, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (562) 927-7604 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Hello, I walked you through your order explaining to you that there was a larger size offered for the Niner wreath however you did not want to pay extra and chose the standard size. These sizes are given on the description of each item as well as me explaining this to you while taking your order. I added extra lilies and gold hydragnea to add to the look of the Niner wreath and to assure we gave you a full product, larger than described and larger than our standard size plus zero delivery fee. Unfortunately another family member paid for a double upgrade and got a much larger size, so I can see why you are comparing the two. So sorry we could not accomadate our larger size within your budget however I do have a photo of the final product if you wish to see it to make sure you are referencing the correct wreath.

They are both blush pink/mauve tones, not lavender. Sorry if it threw off the color pallete for you. In the future I will be more careful to stick to what the customer ordered, instead of adding the free upgrades. My apologies.

So I actually added extra blooms to make sure the bouquet was full. that may have given the affect of less blooms since they were white but I assure you that every bouquet on our catalog has an ingredient list that every designer has to follow and if after that if it still needs more for coverage than we add that as well. I ordered it because I liked the size and amount of flowers pictured and they did not have the round buds which were the number one reason I ordered these. It was a lot smaller than the picture so I will look at measurements if provided.

The flowers are always very fresh and seem to last much longer than any other flower shops that I have tried in the past. I called at 4:00 p.m. and she said she could have it delivered to my friend's home that evening! I don’t know if I I like my recent purchase because I spent over $200 on a premium (not standard or deluxe) arrangement with special requests and all I got is a confirmation that it was delivered. I don’t even know what was delivered because I’m all the way in Northern California. I called them right away and was told I didn’t request it so no photo of the special request arrangements was taken… I think it should be automatic for photos to be sent to buyer, just to know what we spent our money on (especially if buyer is not from the area and not able to attend the event). But thanks for delivering on time and letting me know, whatever was delivered today

The ordering process was easy. The roses were perfect. The arrangement looks exactly like what was pictured in their ad. There are only two complaints: I wish ApplePay or PayPal were options for payment. I really hate to give my credit card details either online or over the phone. The other complaint is that Sunday was not an option for the delivery, at least online. The anniversary was on a Sunday, but if I chose Chita’s, I had to settle for a Saturday delivery.

This was the worst arrangement I've ever purchased on Bloomnation.
The flowers were scarce and it had a big, cheap looking bow in the front to fill the space due to the lack of flowers. Very frustrating especially because they were for a funeral. I like using Bloomnation because they are consistent with delivering what was promised. This florist does not belong on Bloomnation.

The flowers were scarce and it had a big, cheap looking bow in the front to fill the space due to the lack of flowers. Very frustrating especially because they were for a funeral. I like using Bloomnation because they are consistent with delivering what was promised. This florist does not belong on Bloomnation.

I sent two large arrangements to a funeral with this florist today and they were both cheap looking. I paid extra for the "deluxe" arrangement and recieved an arrangement smaller than the one pictured. I prefer Bloomnation because their florists always deliver what was pictured. Not this time though, this florist should not be listed on Bloomnation. It's very frustrating when you don't get what you paid for.

After I submitted the order online I received a call very quickly letting me now they would not be available on my requested delivery day due to a preplanned closure. This arrangement was for a 'male' funeral and they had called me because their were pink flowers in the arrangement, and wondering if I wanted a different color because of the sex being male. They were unable to reach me and went ahead and arranged the flowers as ordered. I appreciated that they tried to reach me and they were very pale pink flowers which were still beautiful and made no difference if it were for a female or male. Very beautiful. I loved the flowers my mother received. I was out of CA and was able to order with ease. Wish the price was a little bit less expensive for an arrangement like the one I chose, that would make Chita's my go-to for sure. Not sure if the price is worth the arrangement I got but what we received was definitely timely, and true to the picture online. I would recommend to a friend.

I ordered a sympathy wreath at the last minute, the night before a memorial service. When I woke up Chita had left me an email letting me know that she may not have enough of a certain flower and gave me many other options as well as her cell phone to reach her. When I called, I told her any white flowers of her choice was fine with me. The wreath she created was even more beautiful than the picture I had originally ordered. She even went as far as to text message that the flowers had been delivered.

I had expected that it would actually looked like the picture when I order it, but when it arrived it was a bit dull. Also I would of loved a heads up when it was on the way cause leaving an arrangement in the front door doesn't look good for the sender.

Minutes after I finished placing my order online, I received a call from the florist. She informed me that she was missing a type of flower in the color the originally ordered arrangement called for. She then gave me two options: I could have the flowers delivered a few hours later (giving her more time to receive the missing flowers) Or was offering a free upgrade and balloons since she had to make the substitution. Needless to say I took the latter of the two options and the arrangement was above and beyond better than what I had ordered and I didn't get charged more. I also got two amazing balloons that fit the occasion and arraignment perfectly. My flowers were delivered on time the next day and she texted me pictures of the arrangement the night before to make sure I was happy with it before it was delivered. Will order from bloomnation and this florist again and again! Best flower buying experience ever!! Best florist in the LA area!
