Ordered for same day delivery on July 14, received a text that they were closed and could deliver on July 15. Received an email on July 15 saying delivery would not take place until July 16. Sent a text back to the number that reached out to me on Monday, no reply. Tried calling the number in the email, left a voicemail. Replied to the email.

I moved to Atlanta a couple years ago and am happy I accidentally found this florist when someone sent me an arrangement from Chelsea. I loved the arrangement so much I used Chelsea to send some arrangements on my own the following week.They were delivered to the hospital so the owner, David, called me himself to confirm delivery since direct hand-offs at the hospital can be tricky during the pandemic. They also sent a confirmation picture so you can see exactly what was created. I really appreciated these touches. Chelsea uses high-end florals and high-end design. I look forward to continue to give them my business.

I was SO impressed with the store owner, David, and with his level of communication and professionalism! I love flowers. And I always do a lot of research for great florists when sending arrangements to friends and family in other cities. Chelsea Floral was GREAT!!! Needed to place an order for a bereavement arrangement to be delivered the same day. I selected a lovely calla lilly arrangement from their site. After placing the order, I received a call, shortly there after, letting me know that the calla lillies were not available and that an arrangement can be made to suit the occasion. The result was a gorgeous personalized arrangement that I hope will bring some comfort to the grieving family. I got a call from Chelsea Floral right after placing my order to let me know that they were extremely booked and could not promise my delivery would be by 4pm. I wasn't in a rush so the next day worked just fine for me. They put it on the first truck and even upgraded my arrangement. The flowers were beautiful. While I don't live in the Atlanta area, if you do I would highly recommend them if you are looking for stunning arrangements.

This florist has earned their stellar reputation. Yes, they make lovely arrangements (and send you a snapshot of your arrangement before delivery which is AWESOME) but more importantly they have excellent customer service!

Although the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous (and looked exactly like the photo), I was disappointed by the size. I had ordered the Medium size, but it was very small...can't imagine that there would have been a smaller arrangement that would have qualified for a Small.

Bought this bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday and she loved it! Successful delivery to the hotel before we checked in and the florist even emailed a photo of the actual bouquet right before it went out for delivery. Great design and the flowers stayed fresh for all 4 days in our hotel room with only water and sunshine. My girlfriend received many comments on the flowers as we walked through the hotel to the train station after check out. These roses will make others jealous! Would recommend for any special occasion.

This is one of the best florists I've ever worked with. The flowers are fresh and beautiful and the vases are beautiful and complement the arrangements. In this case the flowers were in sympathy for loss of a beloved pet so the florist switched the vase to a more rustic one that looked like granite or gray bark. I do not feel that I got my moneys worth ($100 with delivery) at all. I have used other florists thru this site and been very happy but I will hesitate to use bloomnation next time.

Choosing Chelsea Floral Designs to get flowers to my daughter on her birthday while vacationing in Atlanta was easy, and the right decision. I didn't want to do the typical FTD thing where the arrangements are less than inspired. I loved that local florists do their own arrangements. I loved that some students started up this idea and are doing great! You order was placed on Friday afternoon for a Peace Lily. A Peace Lily is a plant not flowers. This plant is also called Spathiphyllum, which is a Latin word that means "peace and prosperity." It is a sympathy plant that symbolizes a deceased person's soul as being in a state of innocence and peace. This being the case I called you within 5 minutes of you placing your order to apologize that we did not have them in stock on Friday, I explained that we could do something more appropriate for the occasion like a container garden. I also explained to you at the time that a container garden contains 4 - 5 plants that are in a nice ceramic container. I also explained to you at the time after your question about them being easy to maintain, that they were. Your words to me were and I quote 'I trust your expertise'. We used our 'expertise' to provide exactly what I said we would. I am available to discuss this with you over the telephone should you feel the need at 678.528.2987. My company is not in the habit selling products on line that we do not have, there are however occasions when substitutions are needed, this is clearly stated on the website.
