Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (541) 269-5312, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (541) 269-5312 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I ordered the candy bouquet and stuffed animal Monkey for my sister's birthday, and she loved it! I asked for the delivery to be after 3:30 pm and the delivery was made around 4:00pm which was perfect timing! The delivery person was very friendly and made my sister feel comfortable during the whole process, due to the fact It can be nerve wracking to have a stranger come up to your door. Stuffed monkey was much larger than expected and the candy selection was impeccable! I will definitely use checkerberry's again!

I'm in California and my CPA is in Coos Bay. I wanted to give her something to thank her for all her hard work.
I reached out to the store and spoke with a very nice woman who helped me on some ideas. Then I went to their website, which was very well laid out with lots of choices. I picked a beautiful Large bouquet with a lot of yellow flowers. She absolutely loved it! I highly recommend checkerberries!

Flowers were great, wife loved them. On the second day one of the sunflowers had drooped over, I trimmed the stem and reinserted it but to no avail.
Today, day 4, several are starting to droop, there is plenty of water.

I paid to upgrade this to Deluxe and the arrangement that was delivered appears as the standard, if not less flowers than the standard photo. I was put off a bit by requiring a tip in the ordering process. It stated that we should tip the arranger so that the arranger would put special care in to arranging the flowers. A business should provide the best service in their products without a tip paid in advance. How do we know whether or not we want to tip prior without knowing how good of service they actually will be providing. The tip should be something offered to consumers after we know how the service went. I spent an extra $15 for deluxe AND extra $23 for delivery & tip; so really expected more than the photo displayed.

This was a horrible experience! I asked the florist to call my daughter before delivering the flowers for her birthday because she as so very busy. I followed up with a phone call before the delivery and the florist PROMISED me they would take good care of the gift for my daughter's birthday.
My daughter lives in an apartment above a garage and NEVER goes near the main house on that property! I even added a note to confirm EXACTLY where her apartment was... Instead of calling or following the detailed instructions in my note - THEY DROPPED THE FLOWERS ON THE FRONT STOOP OF THE MAIN HOUSE AND NOWHERE NEAR WHERE MY DAUGHTER LIVES! No calls, no notice of any kind!!!
This whole transaction was extremely disappointing, and I truly don't feel they could have failed any more completely than they did.
It is terrible that people can lie like that and do such a horrible job.

I placed an order from Alaska to Checkerberries and when entering my order I entered the delivery address incorrectly. I quickly emailed them after hours to correct the address. I prefer to use a local florist direct rather than an online service, and I was so happy that I did when I ordered a Christmas arrangement from Checkerberry's. The family we sent the arrangement to really needed some "Christmas Cheer," and Checkerberry's did a great job. My sister loved the flowers and windchimes delivered to her home the day I ordered them! Checkerberry's had an easy online order process. The windchimes gift was a nice complement to the flowers since my sister recently suffered a loss. This is the 2nd time I've used this florist, and they are great. My sister said the flowers are lovely, though I didn't see the actual arrangement. The only way this could be a better is if the seller could send a pic of the actual arrangement to the buyer since a purchase is usually a gift and won't be physically seen. Some recipients cannot/ or should not receive lilies. (For example, hospitals, and those who have cats - lilies are especially dangerous to cats.) Perhaps, modify your order form for those who wish to request "NO Lilies". You do have a "special request box" on the website, but no mention of the health hazards of Lilies. I ordered "Designer's Choice" and did not know, or think, Lilies would be chosen, but they were. The recipient of my gift had to discard the beautiful orange lilies in the arrangement because she has cats. Because "Designer's Choice" is non-descript, maybe include a note stating "Lilies might be included unless specifically requested to be omitted." Thank you very much for considering this suggestion.

I think the flowers were probably good. However they were left outside on the side of the door and not seen by the recipient for several hours. Only after I called to see if she was pleased did she go outside and see the flowers weather beaten after exposure. To deliver fragel flowers and leave outside in the weather is ridiculous. You had the recipient phone number so a better delivery could have been arranged. It was a waste of money and a sad experience for both my friend and myself.

Bad service. Flowers delivered all soaked in water. Card was totally all soaked. Flowers dripping with water and not standing straight so wet. Container was soaked and leaking water all over. A real mess and really un professional. Delivery girl did tell receiver sorry for the water. Not good enough for me spending 85.00 for them. What a disgrace and embarresment for me the giver.

Honestly this time around fell short. I buy flowers five or six times a year and it’s always spot on. This time here it is only the 2nd day and the big white flowers in it are already dead. I paid extra for the premium and gave a descent tip thinking I nailed it this time. Unfortunately it fell way short on my expectations.

Checkerberry’s was awesome! Made it easy to order online. However if you need to change your order at the last minute best way to do it is email them, but don’t expect a reply. I couldn’t get a hold of them on the phone either. If your in the area, probably stopping by their shop could be another way. Somehow they heard me cry and changed my order. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
