As far as the orchid my girl left them at her job since it got delivered there but there fuckin beautiful I was gonna be disappointed if they were smaller than the picture but those baby's were bigger and beautiful at!!! More than satisfied..

When my sister received her Heavenly Heights Bouquet,she enjoyed it, but I expected it to look like your photo as pictured. I paid a total of $179, for a medium size , plus same day delivery and tax totaling $212.00 . I thought it would be much fuller, I wasn’t paying for roses.And it did not look like anything you pictured. It was more the small size arrangement, and to top it off , the delivery was right In Chatsworth.

I specifically requested that the flowers be delivered BEFORE 11am. They were delivered after 12pm and the recipient was no longer there for the day to receive them. There is no school on Monday, either, so she won’t even see them until Tuesday and by then, they’ll probably be wilted. I chose a local florist thinking my delivery time request would be easier to follow. Oh well.

Same day delivery at 9 pm isnt good but I did order very late on the busiest day. Product wasn't as described but was substituted by equivalent or better. so not perfect but 4 stars.

Very much appreciate your kind attention to a last minute order. One suggestion, the blue-dyed roses were not a pleasing look nor a good replacement for the blue hydrangeas--I understood there were not lilies available, but didn't realize there would be blue substitutes as well. If known, I would have opted for any other natural color rose or flower. Overall, it was a lovely spray and I wouldn't hesitate to use your services again. Thank you.

Ordered a Designer's Choice bouquet for my Mother, it was delivered on time and the flowers were beautiful! Had an absolutely exquisite rose as a centerpiece, and came in a wooden box instead of a vase - which I appreciated! It's both environmentally friendly and it can be utilized for other things.

I ordered this plant for my friend after her dad passed away. I paid an additional $50 to upgrade to deluxe, which meant additional flowers were to be added to my order. My friend said the plant was beautiful but there weren’t any other flowers included. I reached out to the company twice with no reply. I wouldn’t recommend upgrading beyond the basic flower/plant you see when ordering from this florist. It’s a lot of additional money for nothing in return. Very disappointing!

Always a positive experience! I placed an order to be sent to my aunt as my uncle just passed. Unfortunately, when she got there to deliver, my aunt was not home (gated community). She was great and rescheduled and my aunt got them the very next day which just happened to be on a Sunday, AND it was Valentine's Day the very next day! Super busy time of the year but Chatsworth Florist was able to make sure my aunt got the flowers quickly. HIGHLY recommend! She was upset with me that I didn’t want what I did not order. She said you can cancel the order if you want. I said I just want what I ordered. I placed my order for sympathy flower on June 2, 2020. These were to be delivered to the mortuary by no later than June 3 at 10:00a. I was able to write notes when I ordered the flowers online and was quite clear with my instructions. I received an email notification AND my credit card was charged. On June 3, the morning of the funeral, I called Chatsworth florist at 9:10a to confirm my order would be delivered. The gal who answered the phone was confused and seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and didn't seem to know about my order. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. It appears they did not process my order. I became upset as the flowers had to be deliverd at 10:00a. She said they would take care of it. I was at the funeral. The flowers were not delivered until 10:15a. While the Basket of Light flowers were beautiful, I was very disappointed with the lack of quality control. I feel that if I had not called, my flowers would not have been delivered.

This was supposed to be a surprise for my wife as I was traveling out of town. I left my cell number to call me with questions, but instead someone called my house and left a message about flower substitutions. My wife called me and asked I ordered flowers for her as there was a message. Surprise ruined. You did add extra flowers to try and make up for it, but it was supposed to be a surprise.
