Charmaine's Bouquet Canyon Florist
We Guarantee 3-5 days on arrangements. Use a clean vase: It may seem obvious, but be sure your vase is well-cleaned before filling with lukewarm water and adding your flowers. Clean the vase whenever you change the water, wiping out any residue that could allow bacteria to grow. Change the water regularly: Once every day or two, swap out your vase’s water. Avoid topping up water as this will not eliminate any bacteria that are present. Instead, dump out the old water and wash the vase before replacing with fresh lukewarm water. Don’t let anything sink below the surface: Greenery and petals become a home for bacteria when resting on or below the water’s surface. Choose a vase that accommodates the height of your blooms and trim any leaves lower on a stem to avoid bacteria growth.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (661) 297-3100, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (661) 297-3100 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Flowers were gorgeous. I picked the florist choice to be sent to my sister. I live in another state. I did ask for them to be delivered as early as possible as she is extremely sick. They were delivered at the end of the day. My only request would be to have a quick call letting me know that could not happen. Luckily she made it to see them

My experience wasn’t very good. The person taking my order over the phone got the address wrong and apparently didn’t know how to have flowers sent to another state. Consequently, the order got cancelled. Another person at the florist was able to set things right but the flower order got delayed by 3 days. While I’ve done business with this florist for many years, this is the second time things have gone wrong. I doubt that I’ll do business with them again.

Very disappointed with product received compared to sample product image on website. What I received was way less full with less flowers. Looking at other images it seemed that most people got a bouquet that matched the sample image online but mine did not. I do not think what I received was worth $75. For that reason I would not use your services again.

Delivery person did a fantastic job. I do wish there were more light purple roses in the arrangement and perhaps a bit more greenery but that's about it. (The absence of more greenery may have been because of my special request for the flower arrangement to be made with non-toxic items for kitties.) It was a little scary not being able to see them in person, but I picked a picture I liked and hoped for the best. First thing in the morning they called me from across the country to tell me that the lilies they had were just blooms and hadn’t opened so the arrangement wouldn’t look like the picture. the roses do not look anything like the photo. Daiseys haven't lasted very long. most importantly, direction wasn't followed. The flowers were for a good friend's mother's memorial service and I only had a basic idea of what to send. Megan helped me narrow it down and reassured me that the arrangement would make it on time for the service the following Monday. I even requested that they send a picture of the final arrangement with my order so I could show it to the other friends who had chipped in for the flowers. When I got the picture, the arrangement looked amazing and I couldn't wait to share it with my friends!

The flowers were nice but did not meet my expectations because there were far fewer flowers in the bouquet than are in the picture you have advertised on your website. Therefore, I feel I did not get what I paid for.

The flower arrangement delivered, was more beautiful and larger than I anticipated when I ordered. I was extremely happy with this florist. I sent an arrangement to my good friend after finding out her father had passed the week before. I wanted it there day of since it had already been a week.. My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement and they were exactly like the picture on line. I ordered them at 10am and she got them at 2pm. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
