While the flowers appear fresh and lovely, they differ from the pic on the website. I selected this arrangement because of its darker rose and jewel tones. Also, website gives option for special requests in which I had requested that PURPLE be added - and it was not. The arrangement was a very, very pale and delicate pink as per link below. A courtesy call if a request can’t be met would have been appreciated.

From Homecoming/Prom corsages to birthday bouquets to wedding flowers, Chapel Hill goes above and beyond to help their customers and have continually showed their expertise in design. The staff at Chapel Hill is kind and make you feel welcome, just like family. I highly recommend them for any floral needs. I wrote a review of Chapel Hill Florist on Google in August of 2021, for my daughters bridal shower, which further shows the length they go to to help make things very special for any occasion. Chapel Hill also did all the flowers for my daughters wedding. Obviously I can’t say enough about Chapel Hill Florist! ❤️

Flowers did not look like pictures, there were a total of 4 roses in the entire bouquet and there was barely any color except for green. The stems were not trimmed short enough so the bouquet didn’t look full. This would have been worth the money if it was 1/4 the price.

It was not delivered as advertised, "planted in a square black container and adorned around the base with deerfoot moss plus black and white rocks" as advertised. Arrived in basic plain white pot without moss or rocks. Understandable substitutions are acceptable, but it's advertised that "we will ensure style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value". None of this was honoured, For $65 I don't believe a plain white pot is an acceptable substitute for all of the missing "adornments".... Please address this.

We sent “Daisies and Sunbeams” and the recipient sent us a picture of the arrangement that was delivered...it was exactly as shown on the website, and beautiful! We were very pleased (and so was she)!
As this was a local delivery, we requested that it be delivered as late as possible in the day. Not sure exactly what time it arrived, but it was late afternoon, so that was perfect also.
The only reason we are deducting half a star is because on the card, the word “these” was spelled “theese”— a simple thing I know, but it immediately drew my eye, as misspelled words are one of my pet peeves. Especially when it involves a business! And since the card is part of the delivery, I feel the mistake should have been caught. And yes, since a point is made on the website that the card will be written EXACTLY as submitted, I checked my submitted message and it was correct.
Other than that, this would definitely have been a full 5 stars, so thank you! Nicely done!

I have to say that by doing a little bit more research online I came across this flower shop and not only did they have the arrangement that we really liked on a different site but it was also cheaper which definitely helped especially in such an unexpected time of grief losing someone you love so much. The arrangement was above and beyond amazing and I will say it was more beautiful than the picture online and was the best looking one at the funeral service. We also made an extra request for the arrangement and they did it all absolutely perfect with not much notice since order was placed sat evening and we needed it today early afternoon. We ordered a Get Well Spring Mixed Basket from Chapel Hill Florist. It was delivered the day after the patient returned from the hospital. We were sent a picture of the basket and it was absolutely perfect and much appreciated. The florist did a beautiful job with the presentation and delivery. Order was easy to place. Flowers were beautiful! But you spelled my name WRONG on the note. My family sent me a picture and it said Karen Erdman. My name is Katie. So if I didn’t put my last name on there they would have thought it’s from someone named Karen. It’s important to me that my family knows that I’m thinking about them during this time as I live far from them, so that’s why I’m little extra peeved. Everything thing else was awesome! I always happy to support local shops.

Mother was very happy to receive the flowers. I especially like how they delivered them to her since the virus is here. Put them on her outside step and called her to let her know she had a delivery outside and waited to made sure she got them... ty I would be ordering from your company again.

Four stars (only because I was unable to see the actual finished arraignment because I purchased online.) In person and delivery I have always been exceptionally pleased with them. Over the past decade, I have used them 2x for delivery and 3x in person. They have had high quality flowers, plants and arrangements! I wish I could send flowers more often!

The delivery was 3 and a half hours after requested and even after seeing the requested writing on the card when ordering online the totally messed up the card with the wrong anniversary years. Very poor experience. Definitely other shops to use in the area.

I bought these for my boss to thank her for being flexible with my school schedule - the flowers turned out almost exactly as pictured and she loved them!
