Absolutely exceeded my expectations!!! What a beautiful arrangement ! My sister and her husband called to let us know and even sent us a video of all the variety of beautiful blooms that are included in their anniversary arrangement! I called Chaney’s from a mere google search of a florist in the same area of a where a coworkers family members funeral service was being held. I’m located all the way in Hawaii and the woman I spoke too (I forgot her name, I’m sorry) was absolutely the best person I spoke too. Her customer service was off the charts, I explained that I wasn’t familiar with the family so I wanted to get an arrangement from our office that wasn’t super small but also not overbearing and overstepping our boundaries with the family. She suggested this arrange and it was put together and honestly could have not of been happier. My coworkers were very impressed with this beautiful arrangement and the step by step process via email with when the designer started putting the arrangement together, photo of the final product and even when the arrangement was delivered. Being 4,000 miles away across the other side of the world and having this be designed was made with such ease from talking about what we were looking for, to payment procedures and final delivery. If you are in the Fort Pierce area or relatively close and need a florist I highly recommend this business, they are top tier from customer service to final production. Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of my floral needs!

Bonnie was awesome. She created these table arrangements from a drawing and a conversation. I was coming down from Connecticut and had to do everything from phone and email. She got exactly what I had in my head and made our party that much more special. One guest, who is a retired florist, was very impressed. The large bouquet smelled absolutely amazing. I have always had good experiences with Chaney's flowers. This Easter was no different. Unfortunately, I ordered chocolates as well. They apparently were in an outdated box; the chocolates were dried out, disintegrating, and very unappetizing. They did not charge me for the chocolates, which was very gracious of them. I will shop there again; I will check if I order anything other than flowers.

Everything was just great from the enormous number of ideas presented on the web site to Bonnie's assistance and handling of my special requests, to the very nice arrangement with increased daisies and butterflies, all the way to the final delivery that I could assist when I saw the driver was confused by an address error we had corrected once already, probably due to your map program filling in "Avenue" automatically when it should have been "Court". The advance warning of delivery and ability to track driver is very nice. All around terrific!!

I have been a Chaney’s customer for over 30 years but I just had to write a review about my recent experience. I decided to send my mom some birthday flowers last minute And I called the shop around 10 AM. I was fortunate enough to speak with Alex and he was extremely helpful. He sent pictures over the phone of several arrangements they had already made. They were all beautiful but I decided to choose the deluxe spring mix. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and some of the freshest varieties. Alex made the whole process, so simple and helped to make my mother’s 90th birthday a more beautiful one. She was thrilled with my selection and so was I. Thanks again Chaney’s for your excellent customer service and delightful arrangements.

NOT very happy! I had two orders to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The two deliveries were directly across the street from each other. One got delivered around 2pm. My fiancée did not get hers until almost 10 o’clock that night. This happened even after I called about the delivery around 4pm and was told it would be delivered within an hour and a half.
Not a good Valentine’s Day for my fiancée AT ALL!!!

Please be assured that the delivery issues we experienced on Valentines Day were instantly fixed the next morning. All drivers that were responsible for this chaos and loss of reputation were immediatley replaced. As always Chaneys exceeded my expectations!
I recently ordered an arrangement for my son and daughter in law’s anniversary. It happens to be on Valentines Day and that is a busy day! Bonnie told me it would be extra special . It was delivered and my son and daughter in law said it was beautiful and sent me a picture. It was and is still beautiful! I am beyond pleased ! I am never disappointed with Chaneys. I highly recommend Chaneys for the best help, prompt delivery, professional service and friendly staff

I called in the late morning to place an order for a sympathy arrangement and had the pleasure of speaking with Bonnie. She helped me decide on a living arrangement since I was on the fence about it. She told me she had gorgeous peace lily's in the store and delivered a beautiful, live plant locally within an hour of order placement which was even more beautiful in person than the picture depicted on the web site.
