I had clearly requested bright colors—especially yellow and white—and a more modern style. Instead, it was mostly pale pink with very little yellow and felt generic. For $79.71, I expected something more in line with what I described. I’m giving 3 stars because the service was great, but the arrangement did not meet expectations.

Didn't really look like the picture I picked out, big hole in the center and the flowers looked floppy..but I'm used to the disappointment, I'm from Minnesota so I just have to trust the pictures on the website I choose from. I wouldn't spend 100 bucks here again. Sorry. I would send a picture of them on here that my daughter sent me when she got them, but there isnt an option for that.

My sister said that Chandler Flowers was the place to, so on her recommendation I went and ordered an arrangement and was treated courteously and professionally. I had the flowers delivered and the delivery man called me as he stood by the house, unable to rouse anybody. He patiently waited while I made necessary phone calls, until the he problem was resolved. The arraignment was beautiful! Chandler Flowers will be my the florist from now on.

The difference between shopping local and all the online websites was obvious from the little details that made such a big impact. The ease of going into the flower shop and explaining what you want to a real person and receiving exactly what you wanted and then some is what made this sympathy wreath so much better than anything else we could have sent. Flowers arrived with one bunch of roses being noticeable dying compared to the rest. The majority was vibrant, and it looked like someone grabbed the last stem of roses and just slapped it in. Leaves were broken, presumably from transit. And it looked nothing like the photo that made me think spending $150+ was a good idea. Grocery store bouquets for 1/3 the price look more stunning than this.

My husband and I had a dear friend whose Mom passed away. I reached out to Chandler Flowers to ask if a special request to have a little Super Man symbol attached to the flowers because our friend calls my husband Super Man. Always great fresh flowers and website is easy to navigate. The only issue I had were the flowers left on front pouch for two days before the receiver knew about them. Delivered on 23rd she found them on 25th. The email to purchasers said “hand delivered” I misunderstood that they physically handed the, to recipient. I would have thought they would call if no one answered door rather then just leaving them.

I decided to order from Chandler Flowers after reading the good reviews on this site. First, they made a mistake on the colors of the arrangement I ordered. After seeing the picture, I contacted them and they promised to correct the error claiming the order got mixed up with another. They made another arrangement and exchanged it with the other one after delivery. I made sure before ordering, and perhaps my fault, I asked for the arrangement to be different than your run of the mill design,and they assured me of that. Well, it most certainly was your run of the mill design. I trusted "Designers choice". Trust me, it was no designer work.
I regret making the decision of not seeing the arrangement only to trust their so called Designers choice. What I got was something anyone without being professional can do. Extremely disappointed.

The arrangement is amazing. It looks just like the picture or, actually. a little prettier. I have never seen a 'vase' such a this, and the use of bamboo is very nice. It is displayed in the center of the kitchen area where it can radiate the Zen perfectly. I fear that the orchids have been cut, or we would gladly try to keep them going. Looks nice but much too small for the money I spent. I upgraded 2 levels when given the chance and the arrangement is very underwhelming. I paid an all in total of $145.72 for an arrangement that I could have bought at Safeway for $30. I get that it is delivered and don't mind paying more but I expected something pretty grand for that money, the entire arrangement is made up of like 10 flowers; maybe less and is a foot tall including the vase. Fortunately my wife has no idea how much I paid and she thinks its nice so I at least have that going for me.

The lady I dealt with was very nice when I picked up the flower arrangement so I didn’t have the heart to tell her these flowers were all brown around the edges. The hydrangea was very obviously dead and the rest of the flowers were close to dying. I paid 88 dollars for this arrangement and ended up going to a grocery store and found a beautiful arrangement for 54 dollars.

I use Chandler Flowers 1 or 2 times a year. Usually there are zero issues. This time I ordered sunflowers. When they were delivered, they were a little droopy. Wife brought them home and changed water the next morning. They continued to decline. I am continually impressed with the service and quality from Chandler Flowers. Their bouquets are always gorgeous and fresh. But this time they went above and beyond. I found out at 9pm on Wed that the father of an old friend had passed from Covid and the funerary was Thursday at 11am. I took a shot and placed my order, adding a note that if the time wouldn't work because of the short notice, they could contact me for a home address to deliver it to instead. Within an hour I had a picture of what the arrangement would look like, and the next day I got a delivery confirmation before 9:30am!

I was so happy with the arrangement I ordered. They were delivered to my niece when I wanted them to be. Being from out of the area, you never really know what you are getting, but I was so impressed when I received an email from the florist with a photo of the arrangement they were sending. This is one of two arrangements I recently purchased. The lillies were supposed to be white but was informed after it had been made they were substituted with bright yellow. This completely changed the look of arrangement and wasn't appropriate for the occasion. I was very disappointed.

Not very good. When I went to pick up, there were a couple ladies there who could not find my order. they kept asking me what I ordered and not what name the order was under which I thought weird. I am a dude. I ordered flowers. I don't know what all flowers were in there. They were looking in the front and back areas and no one could find them even after I had given my name. I really thought they had given them away. Finally they found them! The vase was not clear glass but just a solid red and kind of cheap looking but not a big deal. The wife said she liked them but then some of the flowers started wilting the next day. After looking into it, I noticed some of the flowers stems were cut very short an no where near the water. I also noticed the water level was less than half full. with all that, not sure I would go back. Thx.

I live in California and last week my mother, who lives in Chandler, was admitted to Chandler Regional Medical Center. I wanted her to receive flowers from us prior to her having a procedure done so she would know we were thinking of her even if we could not get there in time. I ordered a bouquet from a photo online first thing Saturday morning. Chandler flowers sent me a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it and it was gorgeous-just like the photo online only better! They also delivered the flowers before noon and way before her procedure. I am so appreciative of the prompt delivery and the beautiful arrangement.

After reading about how you uniquely craft each arrangement I was hoping for something a little better than the most mundane babies breath and the same greenery that I always see in inexpensive arrangements. I would have preferred to see it look more like the one that is on your website. I realize that there is a note there that says you can substitute other greenery. Also I know I asked to have the bow added but the way that was done and the size bow that it was just doesn’t look right on the arrangement. I was also disappointed that most of the roses were open already.

I filtered my choices down to sympathy purpose . This type of flowers showed have either white or very lite blue in some cases . The flower they delivered had bright pink and reds...!?! Also it was not the flowers I chose ?! Although, they delivered flowers the date they should do . Over all I give them 3 stars!!! Designer choice is not the right one to chose .

The vase in the pic shows a very pretty sapphire glass vase, the one that came with the arrangement was a plastic blue case( looked kind of cheap). I think it really took away from The whole display. Chandler Flowers knocked it out of the park! The flowers were for my wife’s birthday and delivered at our home when we were out. The delivery person called and I requested he leave them at the door, as we were only 20 minutes away. My security system caught the delivery person coming back to the arrangement he just left and spritzed the roses with water. Received an arrangement from Chandler Flowers for my birthday and was very happy because the man who dropped them off gave me instructions on how to care for the flowers in order to make them last longer! (put them in the fridge at night and keep them watered). I thought the service was excellent, and I try to always support local businesses, so I decided to use them again when the occasion arose. The ordering process was easy and there were a wide variety of arrangements to choose from. Especially liked the photo that was sent to us of the flowers before they were delivered as it was very similar to the arrangement I chose online. There were only two lillies in his arrangement instead of 3 as in the photo. I saw no baby's breath or whatever the white foliage is on bottom, and I saw no eucalyptus as in the advertised photo. The florists were very helpful in every step of the process. I had to change addresses on my delivery and they were understanding and got to it right away. They even sent me a picture of the bouquet I ordered once it was done. I've never had anyone do that. Even though the description said it would look similar to the picture, they showed me the final product anyway. They also communicated with me, which was awesome. I asked it to be delivered in a range of a couple hours and they called me to ask if they could do it at a different time. They ended up delivering it at the time I wanted, but it was great of them to let me know that the time I requested might not work for them.
