The flowers are absolutely gorgeous!
The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is because the delivery got mixed up some how.
I sent my mother flowers to commemorate the anniversary of my father's passing. When I called to check in at the end of the day, 5:30PM, she still had not received them. I called CPF and they were quick to prepare a new arrangement and deliver it.
However, I was disappointed that my mother did not have it earlier. I felt like she probably spent the whole day thinking that I hadn't remembered what day it was..

What was delivered was stunning! I have used Central Park flowers in the past and I am always impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I live out of town, but Central Park flowers will always be my go-to for floral in the area.

Combining the ease of technology driven order options ( placed the order on the website in the wee morning hours!) with the responsiveness of a locally owned business ( called to check delivery time as the day grew to its close)...Central Park delivered! the flowers were beautiful but the Hydrangea were not in the best shape. I am sorry to say. They were browning ,which is usually not what i expected to be delivered. The arrangement was beautifully put together though.

Unfortunately, the bouquet I picked up was nothing like the bouquet I chose from the photos on your website. I was so surprised to see all the drooping greenery. Note, none in photo. There were none of the white flowers and few other flowers. Mostly greenery. You took too many liberties and the difference was jarring and disappointing. The recipient, fortunately, did not know otherwise and is displaying the arrangement graciously.
I will not order online from you again.

Hi Kenneth, I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding, the hydrangea we used was actually chosen for its fall color palate of mauves, greens and browns. It was not an unhealthy flower, just a designer's choice. If you would like we would be happy to replace the flower with anything of your choosing.

The bouquet was not as pictured in the online photo. It was more plain and ordinary. There were no yellow accent flowers or alstamaria flowers. It was basically roses with a peony added in and a few of the roses were droopy. It was not as nice as I expected.

Even as a deluxe the size of a design sometimes remains the same while the type of blooms might be upgraded. I ordered these flowers for my mother's 70th birthday. They arrived on the requested delivery day and she said they were very pretty.
One issue we had was that the card included with the delivery has a mistake - an incorrect name was included in the signature line. BloomNation's confirmation email showed I typed the correct name (not sure how I would get my own name wrong lol), so I'm not sure what happened.

I’m so pleased with the flowers I ordered for a friend’s birthday. I ordered online and mistakenly entered the incorrect delivery date and could not figure out how to change it on the order form. I left a note and very shortly after received a follow up message saying that they would be sure the flowers were delivered on the correct date.

The arrangement is very pretty, but I was really hoping for a fragrant arrangement and what I received has almost no fragrance at all. I wish I would have been told that a fragrant arrangement could not be done so I could have ordered a more colorful arrangement.

I spoke with Carol Kuzmick and she really liked the flower arrangement. However, she said to me that it was just left on her porch and no one rang the doorbell or called her to let her know the delivery had arrived. She said that it would have been on the porch all day in the cold if it wasn't for a friend of hers that came to the front door. Other than that, the ordering process was smooth and the arrangement was unique and beautiful.
