“I strongly believe that designing flowers is an art. Knowing how to manipulate a stem or work with the natural curves of a flower together with their pallets is an art." Designing flowers since 1996, Dorian's background has been integral in developing his art. Having received his Bachelors degrees in Art as well as Visual Thinking from Fordham University, Dorian's designs are based on the ability to incorporate color and spatial relations. His ability to constantly create individual, custom designs for each client is unique in the business of flowers, setting him apart from the rest of the industry. His expertise and affinity for flowers is unmatched, this being evident in the care he provides to enhance each flower's sustainability and design quality. From 1996 to 2008 Dorian's designs were based in Manhattan. Working in legendary locations, he brought his art to films, Broadway, private homes in NYC, museums, five star restaurants and countless high-end soirees in Manhattan. In 2008 Dorian opened Central Park Flowers in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Central Park Flowers is a full service flower design studio focusing on event flower design and retail both locally in NEPA and Internationally.

|When they received them, they sent us a thank you message along with a photo of the arrangement.
The photo showed the flowers to be just lovely.
Because we are away on vacation, I had forgotten to make the order until the very day of their anniversary. The option of same day delivery was a godsend. The beautiful flowers arrived right in time!

|The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is because the delivery got mixed up some how.
I sent my mother flowers to commemorate the anniversary of my father's passing. When I called to check in at the end of the day, 5:30PM, she still had not received them. I called CPF and they were quick to prepare a new arrangement and deliver it.
However, I was disappointed that my mother did not have it earlier. I felt like she probably spent the whole day thinking that I hadn't remembered what day it was..

It was not an unhealthy flower, just a designer's choice. If you would like we would be happy to replace the flower with anything of your choosing.

Even as a deluxe the size of a design sometimes remains the same while the type of blooms might be upgraded. If you would like a larger design we would suggest a phone call to the shop so that we could better meet your expectations next time.

|One issue we had was that the card included with the delivery has a mistake - an incorrect name was included in the signature line. BloomNation's confirmation email showed I typed the correct name (not sure how I would get my own name wrong lol), so I'm not sure what happened.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
