Such a beautiful arrangement. I added another Orchid plant to the arrangement, and they were delivered by the owner. Turns out that my brother knew her from his previous business before. I live in San Mateo and asked a friend who is a home stager in Danville and she said " hands down Cattails". The arrangement brout tears to my sisters-in-law. They just lost 3 rescue dogs within months.

I ordered the blue velvet arrangement, and I paid extra to "super-size" it. It was nice but I was disappointed that it seemed they only added add'l greenery to make it bigger. I was hoping for at least one or two extra of the tall flowers in back to make it fuller/taller. They also did not send me a picture as I had requested.
Other than that, they were very lovely to work with and they did get the arrangement to it's destination ahead of time for which, I was very grateful.
All and all, I would definitely use them again.

There are too many times that flowers are ordered and/or received that look like something you can do at home and not like what you ordered. I’ve received flowers that were old and they died within a day or two.
When I saw how beautiful the flowers I ordered were and how they looked like the photo I was so happy. I love Cattails Florist. (Not a paid reviewer.) They are always helpful in getting me a same-day delivery. The flowers are always beautiful and fresh. My wife loves their Sweet Blush Bouquet. On a hot day, they will go out of their way to not leave a stunning bouquet on your doorstep. They will coordinate so it gets inside immediately. I can't say enough. They are my go-to for upper-end really beautiful bouquets!

Perfection!!! I am out of state and wanted to send my Mom flowers for Mother’s Day. Some of the people have allergies in the house and I requested some substitutions in the arrangement. I was concerned that the changes would cheapen the look of the elegant arrangement or that less fancy flowers would be used. NOT AT ALL! The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous!! Recipient loved it...but the roses were sitting up so high that all the stems are showing. Would have preferred they were seated a little lower or that there was additional greenery to hide the stems. Doesn't look as lush as in the sample photo.

I recently ordered a $90 "Designer's Choice" bouquet for a friend's birthday. The staff was very accommodating, changing the delivery date for me, and very pleasant on the phone. My friend sent a photo of the bouquet. The flowers that were in it looked lovely, but there were quite a lot of filler greens in it. For the price of $90, I expected a much fuller floral bouquet, and I was very disappointed.

I’m sorry the lavender hydrangea was unavailable and don’t know that I would have substituted a yellow bloom in its place. That said, I love the star gazer lilies and a full bloom third one was added to the bouquet which was beautiful. The recipient was elated to receive it.
I love the European feel of your artful arrangements, and definitely will order from you again. Also, it was nice that I could order on line almost 3 weeks before delivery date, and flowers were delivered on schedule.

With Cattails, the studio photo isn’t just an idealized version of an arrangement, which really takes the pressure off when ordering. Too often you have to turn an arrangement around and look at in the just the right light to convince yourself that it’s sort of like what you were told you were ordering, or anyway, close enough. Cattails Florist did an excellent job on a recent delivery order. The flowers were beautiful and matched my request exactly. Their website is easy to use and to place an on-line order. I received an email summary of my order almost immediately after placing the order. I then followed up with an additional special request via email, which I had failed to include in my initial on line order. I received an immediate and positive response. Finally, I also received notification on the delivery and the time at which the the flowers were actually delivered which is another example of their great service and follow up. This florist did an excellent job. I'll definitely call on Cattail Florist the next time I need flowers delivered in the Danville vicinity.

The Lemon Drop deluxe bouquet was very pretty, although I expected a "pop" of yellow lilies as in the picture. Only a rose and three daisies in the bouquet were open and the few lilies were all closed from what I could see from the front and back of photos. Overall, still a nice bouquet.

It was a late-notice order but I would have liked more color in the arrangement. It was pretty but kind of bland. It had a lot of greenery, some of the light-green hydrangeas, some lilies, a few orange roses and some light yellow roses. In their defense, I did tell them they could use their creative abilities to make something special, emphasizing on flowers that were in season now. That didn't happen.

I was so immensely disappointed in the Anthurium plant that I ordered for Easter for my son and his wife. The plant was sprawling and not compact as was expected and a dry dead branch was added for some reason. I have had Anthurium plants before and this one did not fill the bill.

Like a typical slacker, I waited until Wednesday afternoon to order my bride the requisite flowers for Valentine’s Day. Found out online that Cattail’s was unable to fill any more orders for delivery the next day, V’s Day. So, being the dyed-in-the-wool capitalist I am, I upped the order to the Designer’s Choice-Premier, thinking the store would be impressed enough to sneak my delivery in...no dice. The Cattail’s rep (probably a rotten task to tell slackers that their laziness could not be forgiven just by spending more money) was extremely professional in saying “No more room on the truck”, and even offering to let me can’x my order. Ordered for the promised delivery the next day.

Holy Cattail’s...what a FANTASTIC arrangement. The web photo does not due justice to the delivered product...breathtaking in every respect! This was a Five Star of Four effort. Great customer service, exquisite workmanship by the floral designer and delivered exactly as promised. They even called to make sure that delivery was as expected.

My original order was for hydrangeas in a basket, but tCattails Florist had just sold out. They called within 15 minutes of placing the online order to explain and offer options. We decided on a sunflower bouquet instead. The flowers were delivered promptly and my mother was thrilled with the beauty of the flowers and the arrangement. Thank you for helping to make her birthday special!

The arrangement was poor. I felt that giving you the choice to put together an arrangement would allow you to show your best. It looked like random leftovers thrown together.

Everything first rate

Wonderful first time experience with this florist - the flowers were beautiful and my friend was very happy and impressed with the arrangement. June was very responsive and helpful when I found out my friend would not be home for the delivery. Will definitely be my go-to florist for the area!

We sent this arrangement to a friend who was going through a very rough time in her life, just to brighten her day. It was delivered on the date we requested (we even had to made a very last minute delivery address change) and she was absolutely delighted with it.
