Cattails Florist has been proudly serving the Danville area since 1990. We have been a long time member of the Danville Chamber of Commerce, as well as supporting the local schools and community events.
Cattails Florist is a pleasant and welcoming place to visit and shop, with a friendly, yet professional staff, eager to help.
Our trademark look is unique and unusual designs, with the use of upscale, quality flowers, creating European natural or English garden style. Our recognized motto is "Where flowers become Art... with style and elegance."
We hand select our flowers with regular visits to the San Francisco Flower Market growers, allowing us to have the freshest blooms available. With a nice variety of orchid plants being a customer favorite.
Our commitment for providing great customer service is a priority, and we ensure the quality of our flowers and designs prior to customer delivery with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Our delivery area includes all of the Tri-Valley. Danville, Blackhawk, San Ramon, Diablo, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Addendum: I did find the picture in my junk email and I was able to see the additional flowers more clearly. I am very happy with what was sent. I am sorry that I responded too quickly and didn't think to check my "junk" email folder sooner. I would definitely use them again. ************* I ordered the blue velvet arrangement, and I paid extra to "super-size" it. It was nice but I was disappointed that it seemed they only added add'l greenery to make it bigger. I was hoping for at least one or two extra of the tall flowers in back to make it fuller/taller. They also did not send me a picture as I had requested. Other than that, they were very lovely to work with and they did get the arrangement to it's destination ahead of time for which, I was very grateful. All and all, I would definitely use them again. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Elizabeth! Thank you for the nice review! I'm glad overall you are happy with our service and would use us again! I did want to make it clear though that we absolutely added flowers for the upgrade you requested.
