Normally a big fan of Casa de Flores, have ordered many times, but I was a little disappointed with this one. The bouquet was nice, but I paid for the upsize and it didn't look particularly upsized - it was a pretty small bouquet for the money.

However, this order was not consistent with what was advertised or represented on the website and email confirmation. The arrangement lacked the same mix of roses and small rose fillers that added vibrancy and value, and the overall size and fullness were noticeably smaller than what was shown online.
I had specifically upgraded to the deluxe version to ensure a more premium look and quality, yet the delivered arrangement fell well short of that standard. Based on the photos I received from the recipient, the bouquet did not reflect the value or presentation that was promised, which was quite disappointing.

This was the first order I placed with this company. I live 700 miles away from where my college daughter was moving into her first apartment and wanted a plant to be delivered. Casa de Flores called to let me know they didn't have the ceramic container in the photo and shared what my other options were. I ordered late in the evening and it was delivered the next afternoon! Then I followed up and asked again and got no response. I finally got an email back and she said she would check on it, and then never responded. I purchased an additional upgrade and when the flowers arrived they were extremely small. In the picture, the flowers extend outwards past the vase, in a very full look. The ones we got seemed very small and not full at all. They were nice, but for the price and overall total price, they were not worth it.

Despite a horrible experience previously where my order wasn’t delivered but I called before the store closed and was told they “forgot” my order they embarrassingly promised something special and would deliver right away. There was nothing special about that arrangement and in fact it was subpar. Well i tried again ordering a “Premium” arrangement and guess what it never arrived. I did get an email proclaiming a successful hand off delivery but to who I have no idea, certainly not my house. This place has clearly fallen apart and is more likely to disappoint you and your loved ones.

The arrangement overall was quite beautiful. I had called after placing the order to add that I would like the Stargazer Lily removed because someone in the household was allergic to it. I was told it would be taken care of. It wasn't. The flower had to be removed from the arrangement at the front door and left outside. It made the whole arrangement look unfinished.

Very poor customer service. Spoke with Nancy Hasson, wasn’t much of a help. She continue to make excuses and tell me why they weren’t at fault. If there is a section for you to put “delivery instructions” and they don’t follow through with your instructions, then what’s the purpose? She didn’t offer a solution, a next time discount, nothing. Very poor service. Will not ship here again!

I have used Casa De Flores in the past and have been happy with their service. However, their performance this past Valentine's Day was extremely unsatisfactory. I placed an order online on Feb.12 for home delivery on the 14th. I received an email at 3 pm on the 14th saying the order was delivered, but this was untrue. I called the store to complain. The person who answered said she would contact the driver. Two hours later the flowers were finally delivered at about 5 pm, the end of the day!! And I had paid for an 18 rose bouquet, but the bouquet only contained 17 roses. Two thumbs down!!! No stars if I could.

Underwhelmed is never a thought that would cross my mind when looking at this photo coming to my step mothers to pack my fathers belongings as he just passed ... the “roses” were a faded pink shade wilting on the ends. It was NOTHING like in the photo - from the stems not cleaned to the tacky cheap vase? I felt embarrassed - and now angry with the price and I had tipped thinking I might have been receiving what was pictured, as I panicked when MY florist The Conservatory where my dad and I always went together to buy flowers when visiting my mom at her graccesite, my birthday , anytime they are THE best and they care and are true artists. I feel embarrassed and robbed . I wish I could erase this experience it was horrible. The “green” mums tiny and shriveled. I wrote the card, picked the flowers and paid (all was easy and they offer plenty of options). The day of delivery, I received a call and an email from Tami, letting me know that she thought that maybe what I wrote in the apology card had a mistake in it.
