Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (803) 252-7700, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We sincerely apologize that your experience didn’t meet expectations. You’re absolutely right — the message was overlooked, and had it been seen, our team would have contacted you to explain that we don’t add printed ribbon to plants of that size and would have confirmed the color you requested. We’re truly sorry for that oversight.
For clarification, our plants — like those at most flower shops — are priced and sold based on the pot’s diameter rather than the height or bloom count. Still, we completely understand your concerns.
Please keep an eye out for an email from us shortly outlining how we plan to make this right.

You also received an email confirmation with those same order details, followed by another notification when the order was prepared for delivery. If there was an issue with the delivery address, there were multiple opportunities to notify us or make corrections.
Additionally, we did offer to re-deliver once clarification was provided, but the conversation unfortunately escalated before we could complete that step.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
