She loves her work and the happiness of her clients inspire her to create lasting memories. She is happily married and has 3 beautiful children. She thinks that chocolate is an essential part of life.

Carola's slightly modified this bouquet for us to send for a bereavement. I'm a few states away, and the recipient called, emailed AND texted to say how beautiful the arrangement was (and how beautifully scented as well). I live in SF and wanted to send my mom flowers for her birthday. The last few times I’ve sent flowers from other companies I’ve been disappointed, so I was hesitant sending without seeing them first BUT I’m so glad I did! Carola's went above and beyond exceeding my expectations for a spectacular Birthday floral arrangement! Here I am outside of Ann Arbor in Michigan and when I want to send flowers to those at a distance I am apprehensive for all the obvious reasons. Will it be as the florist represents? The bouquet that showed up on my friend’s door was so more beautiful than the one pictured!! She was grieving her father’s passing but the pretty flowers made her cry tears of happiness. I wanted to send some birthday flowers to someone who is like a niece to me. She had just moved across country and I'm sure was missing home. I looked online at the usual online flower sites but they were either very cookie cutter or they were delivered in a box and she would have to arrange them herself. Then I saw a listing for Carola's Floral Designs which was local to her and would deliver. I went on their website and saw their pictures and found the perfect arrangement for her. The ordering process was very easy and I hoped that she would love them. The best morning I received a call from the florist alerting me that the address I gave was an apartment complex and they would need an apartment number. I obtained that and called them back. They called me back later that day to say they had attempted to hand deliver them 3 times and tried calling the recipient and had left messages. They finally had to leave them at the door. I was able to contact the recipient and she had just picked them up on her doorstep. She was overwhelmed with the beautiful arrangement and I was more than impressed. I have been buying flowers for over 30 years but I have never had an experience of excellent service like I did with Carola's. It didn't even feel like I was 3000 miles away ordering blindly. The service felt very personal, as if they knew me and wanted only the best! I would highly recommend this florist and their excellent service. This type of service is very rare in today's culture and it certainly put my mind at ease.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
