When we went to fill the vase with water the bottom cracked totally off and all the water flowed out. Not only did the bottom fall off the whole side of the vase cracked.

I ordered Rosefest for my sister in law for her 50th birthday. While she loved them, I was very disappointed. I ordered the Premium (largest) version so I was expecting a nice sized bouquet for her. In my opinion, it was super super small. Smaller than the “as shown” photo when you choose them. Definitely not worth $100 after tax/delivery. Perhaps the store should update photos so you can see the approximate size it’ll be if you get the as shown vs. the Premium version. There’s no way mine was the Premium which is what I paid for.

I called, they had no flowers left to deliver. This was a special for Christmas, due to covid we could not be together. The shop offered a new arrangment for Jan 6th after they got their deliveries. I sent flowers to my girlfriend right across the street at CVS. In the special notes I mentioned to deliver them between 2-6 in the actual Pharmacy of the store. Instead they were delivered at 11am to the front desk. Plus when ordering I added on balloons for an additional charge when actually it was only just a single balloon. Not very satisfied with the service and communication.
