I know arrangements will not look exactly like the picture but what was delivered to lacked so much from the r essence of the arrangement I chose. what I chose had height and spread out with Lilly of the valleys shooting upward. What I got feel short of that. Mostly white roses and greenery

The arrangement was still beautiful but didn’t look like the photo & came with a square shaped box instead of a round one. The photo should be reflective of what I should expect to receive. The colors of the flowers were also much darker & had more deep purples & reds rather than pink. Regardless, the flowers were still beautiful but if I wanted something specific I would order from elsewhere.

I grew up in Covina and ordered flowers for my mother. I always try to shop local but today I wished I hadn’t. I read the positive reviews online and assumed I would be afforded an exceptional experience. My mother picked them up today and they don’t look as vibrant as the picture. She actually made that comment and said the man curtly told her “well I gave you more roses”. The vase was a complete switch up and it leaks from the bottom. For the price I paid, I’d expect it to look closer to the picture rather than you taking creative liberties.

Flowers delivered three hours past the delivery window. When I called to get the status of the delivery, got the impression they had forgotten about the order. The first attempt was delivered on a Saturday to the wrong address. I called the florist on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning the flowers were delivered to the correct address. I'm not happy with the delay, but the problem was fixed on the next business day and the flowers were beautiful.

Terrible service. Did not deliver on the day I requested and when they delivered they DID NOT deliver what I ordered. I called 2x’s, left a voicemail- no one responded. I went directly to the florist and told them I was not happy with my order, and that my daughters office was literally across the street from florist. This was for a loss in the family so it was a rough to call and say “I sent you flowers did you get them?”. The owner called me and mentioned that he was out of the gold vase and burgundy flowers as shown in the picture. After chatting a bit, I tell him these are for my mother-in-law who just lost her father. He says, “don’t worry, I’ll make the arrangement nicer than the picture for the same value.” When I picked up the flowers, he says the final product cost more than what I initially purchased but not to worry about it since he was out of requested items. My mother-in-law started crying when she saw the flowers but she was blown away by the gesture. Incredible service and beautiful work! Will go back here again if needed!

I can tell a lot of love and effort went into making the arrangement look beautiful, and the quality of flowers were the best I’ve seen. These were ordered online as our home office is in Indiana. We wanted to use someone local to the deceased's family and work with the vendor directly versus making a wire order. The selection of arrangements was very nice, ordering was simple and we received confirmation emails for the original order as well as delivery of the arrangement. VERY disappointed!!! One star is too many in this case. Flowers were ordered and supposed to deliver to our hospitalized coworker on Thursday it is now Sunday afternoon and still NO flowers. I have waited to post my review because after I made a phone call I was told my flowers would deliver by Sunday! I am a believer in second chances, but I'm not sure Carina Flowers is worth trusting as a way to let people know you care with flowers.

I contacted Carina florist and never got a response regarding my displeasure in the service I received. They sent the flowers on the wrong day, and I ordered the arrangement 2 weeks prior so they had plenty of time to get the day right. I asked for it to be sent anonymously and the message included my phone number. But worst of all the message they sent was wrong. The person I was sending flowers to got the message for another person and so when they called me (seeing how they had my number) they didn’t believe the flowers were for them. What a terrible mistake. And then no one has returned my call or email. I have bought from them on several occasions but never again.

They get three stars because the arrangement was very beautiful. However their customer service is terrible. I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Monday and my friend did not receive them until Friday night. When I called to complain, the man who answered was not apologetic at all. He said they could not find her address and blamed my friend for not answering her phone when he called. I talked to my friend and she said he lied to her and told her he called Tuesday and she didn't answer. She has caller ID and can see that the first and only call she received from them was on Thursday. I can be understanding that they had trouble finding her address, but how they handled the situation should have been better.

Placed an order for same day delivery at 1:05pm, and website states that the delivery cutoff is 2pm. Received a call at 1:20pm stating that the delivery won't be available until the following day. (-1 star)
Provided the receptionist clear instructions on modifying the message on the card to account for their delay in delivery - change the last word from Monday to Tuesday. The order was delivered with no message. Just a blank card. Very disappointing. (-2 stars)

I can't believe I had never stopped by Carina Floral in Downtown Covina! I always drive past the shop on my way to and from work, and I am so glad I finally placed an order because the service and artistic arrangements are stellar. Flower arrangements and bouquets tend to cost over $100, but I was able to purchase online a gorgeous arrangement ('Pure Pleasures') for my friend's wedding ceremony and it was under $70. The owner/manager Ray was so kind and added even more flowers, at no cost, to really make the bouquet pop. This was a last-minute order and Carina was able to have it done in no time. At first I was not happy because the costumer service was kind of rude. When I called twice to track the order and ask if I can add my name to the card their staff seemed so confused as to what my requests were and I was super annoyed by their lack of customer service. I give my recent purchase a 3 out of 5 stars. The purchase process was easy and delivery was early and on time (considering I ordered them the night before). However, the quality of the roses could have been better. The primary reason I purchased this arrangement from Carina Floral was because the presentation online was great and the premium in price, made me feel as if I were getting the best quality in flowers. I would have to say about 30% - 40% of the roses had black/burned edges on the pedals giving the impression they were old. I understand I can’t have 100% of perfect roses but it felt like too many for this price point.

I have ordered peonies for my wife for the last six years for our anniversary. I normally order from a local flower shop, but because of timing, they were not able to get them. I opted to order on bloomnation as a result. These were by far, the most disappointing flowers I have ever purchased in terms of quality, freshness and number of flowers. There were only 10 stems for almost $200 - half of which looked like they were dying already. To make it worse, the personal message I transmitted looked like it would be typed on the card based on the website. Instead it was scribbled in terrible penmanship by someone at the flower shop. Certainly nothing my wife will want to keep like she has with all the other cards. First and last time I will be using this site.
