My plans changed and I was arriving Sunday instead of Saturday (they are closed Sundays so no delivery). Worrying about flowers being wilted (or past blooming peak)for late Sunday I was assured that they would deliver late on Saturday, that all would be ok.
Well they weren't, they were great. A beautiful arrangement that are keeping their full bloom days later. Nice to see a place that treats their one off customers as special as a repeat one.

Allow me (a very picky person who wants perfection) to share my experience with this particular florist….the owner goes above and beyond for her customers. She knows her craft and is so meticulous and on point with the arrangements she makes. This flower shop ALWAYS ALWAYS has the freshest most vibrant flowers, they last for a while! I have used this florist for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding, I can’t even begin tell you how absolutely stunning the flowers were! I recently sent my oldest granddaughter and my daughter arrangements for their birthdays, as always, the flowers were BEAUTIFUL! I could go on and on about this florist. Bottom line…if you want the best experience when purchasing the most beautiful flowers, you want to use this shop!

Excellent client service from a wonderful local florist! We had initially ordered sympathy flowers through a large online floral delivery service 5 days earlier and encountered 3 delayed delivery dates. Finally, we decided to try Google to find a local florist who delivers in the Cape May area. In a few minutes, we were able to order a beautiful bouquet, at less cost and it was delivered the same day. We were advised that one type of flower had to be substituted and were grateful for the update on our order. We were most impressed by the excellent client service and quality of floral arrangement provided on a same day basis. Let me start by saying the flowers were beautiful and the on-line experience was thorough and very professional. Order and delivery confirmations, and a final “how did we do?” email we’re well coordinated! The only reason I’m putting 4 stars instead of 5 is the flowers were dropped at the wrong location and not to the address specified. Just left in the driveway at a wrong house. Through some good fortune, they got the arrangement intact but the recipient was very upset with how that delivery was handled.

This year I ordered my wife's Valentine flowers from Cape Winds Flowers well in advance of February 14th! After being "bombarded' with so many Internet ads from so many wholesale companies--every day--twice a day--I said "NO!"
I want my wife, Mary Ann, to receive a bouquet of roses in a vase with some "baby breath" fillers--ready for display! They were delivered on time by Cape Winds Florist! B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! Bottom line--Yes, I paid a little more than the "do-it-yourself" bouquet companies but I wasn't overcharged for shipping. Terrible ! How embarrassing to get a bouquet of flowers on sat then have them taken away and replaced on Monday ! I was embarrassed when I saw a photo of the flowers you delivered on sat. Looked nothing like the website because as you said your designer didn’t follow the recipe for the bouquet I ordered.
You did correct the mistake BUT what if I did not see a photo of the flowers they received on sat ? Then they would have thought I sent them this lane bouquet.

I've been using Cape winds for a few yrs. now for floral arrangements for my Mother's grave site I live in Pa. And for reasons beyond my control I am unable to actually get down there and pick out an arrangement and place it myself and my most recent purchase online turned out to be not the best order for MY particular needs. Mike actually took the time to call me and explain why, and with that being said they made a beautiful Christmas wreath for Mom's grave site.

We were very unhappy with our recent purchase of the Rainbow Tulips arrangement. I had upgraded to the Premium arrangement expecting a spectacular bouquet of tulips for our administrator. When I saw the flowers I thought a mistake was made and the regular-sized arrangement was being delivered. The delivery person assured me it was the premium arrangement and that they looked small because they were cold and needed to expand. That has not made a difference. Still very disappointed.

However the florist had to call us and ask who the arrangement was from the computer cut off the signature .. So the florist sent the flower without the proper signature ... This was the best experience ordering flowers I've had.
I have 4 daughters and a wife so I order lots of flowers and ordering these flowers for my wife's 60th birthday was a breeze. By finding a local florist and then ordering them on line with Cape Winds got my flowers to her at a local hotel on time and looking great.

the arrangement was not like what was pictured. the purple flowers we sparce and not very attractive. The roses were clumped in a bunch and not arranged like they are in this photo. I paid for more flowers but it did seem to be an upgrade.

Being so far away from a friend experiencing a loss your shop was recommended and your shop stepped up and made this experience a sense of relief. Once I placed my order I received a lovely confirmation email to assure me that my order was received. I had requested that the flowers be placed prior to my friends family members funeral.
