Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (609) 884-1865, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (609) 884-1865 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Basket was nice, unfortunately I wont be usuing them in the future. FYI if you want your arrangement delivered you have to be very specific who to hand deliver your flowers too a minor or to an adult. In my case it was handed to my 10 yr old grandson (a minor)at their drive way verses an adult or to the actual birthday girl specified in my order!

AMAZING!!! One of the BEST experiences I have ever had ordering flowers. I live in NC and wanted to order flowers for my aunt in NJ. I looked on Google for the florist in Cape May with the best reviews. I see now why Cape Winds has the highest rating. I ordered the flowers at about 9 AM and they were delivered the same day at about 12:30 PM. The flowers that were delivered to my aunt looked exactly like the ones on the website. I was very impressed that they delivered what was promised. The flowers were gorgeous, and I could tell they were fresh. I would definitely order flowers from them and recommend them!

Well, the arrangement looks like the number and type of stems pictured for the standard arrangement. I'd hoped to see value in the upgrade version I paid for, which was the most expensive option (i.e. pricing is good/better/best version and I picked the best option). I did put a note to add some yellow roses for the upgrade, which wouldn't have made a huge difference in size, but no extra roses seen. No extra any flower seen, so yeah, kudos for the prompt early delivery with care, but I guess next time, no upgrade. I wish I could provide my visual comparison so you could form your opinion based on that.

The delivery man, whose name I did not have, called me as no one was home at her house. I explained the situation and he was so sympathetic to her story. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers to be scheduled for delivery on Saturday 5/11, however my flowers were delivered on the same day that I ordered them (3 days early). Luckily my mother was home and able to receive the flowers, however I wished they were delivered on that date that I had originally scheduled. Allow me (a very picky person who wants perfection) to share my experience with this particular florist….the owner goes above and beyond for her customers. She knows her craft and is so meticulous and on point with the arrangements she makes. This flower shop ALWAYS ALWAYS has the freshest most vibrant flowers, they last for a while! I have used this florist for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding, I can’t even begin tell you how absolutely stunning the flowers were! I recently sent my oldest granddaughter and my daughter arrangements for their birthdays, as always, the flowers were BEAUTIFUL! I could go on and on about this florist. Excellent client service from a wonderful local florist! We had initially ordered sympathy flowers through a large online floral delivery service 5 days earlier and encountered 3 delayed delivery dates. Finally, we decided to try Google to find a local florist who delivers in the Cape May area. In a few minutes, we were able to order a beautiful bouquet, at less cost and it was delivered the same day. We were advised that one type of flower had to be substituted and were grateful for the update on our order. Let me start by saying the flowers were beautiful and the on-line experience was thorough and very professional. Order and delivery confirmations, and a final “how did we do?” email we’re well coordinated! The only reason I’m putting 4 stars instead of 5 is the flowers were dropped at the wrong location and not to the address specified. Just left in the driveway at a wrong house. Ordering online was super easy! I ordered a sunflower arrangement for mothers day and it got delivered at the expected date and time. They don't do deliveries for actual mothers day, but I was fine with it being delivered Saturday (the day before). The prices are not bad, the flowers are beautiful, and the process was easy!

The flowers were very nicely presented however it was not what was pictured. The roses were peach colored and bright pink carnations, it didn't look like a Valentine arrangement, rather a pretty spring arrangement. But, my mother was happy to receive them. Thank you for the quick service.

I must admit, I was a little disappointed by the lack of options when I originally ordered this bouquet for my sister-in-law's birthday. Although I thought this arrangement was beautiful, it wasn't quite "her". So, in the notes I asked if Cape Winds could focus on pink flowers-- and to my delightful surprise, they did! They were supposed to be delivered on 9/5, but were not delivered until 9/6. All emails stated 9/5 (with no issues and that is what I paid for), but I did not get confirmation until 9/6 with that listed as the actual delivery date with no explanation as to why it was a day late. That is disappointing.

We were very unhappy with our recent purchase of the Rainbow Tulips arrangement. I had upgraded to the Premium arrangement expecting a spectacular bouquet of tulips for our administrator. When I saw the flowers I thought a mistake was made and the regular-sized arrangement was being delivered. The delivery person assured me it was the premium arrangement and that they looked small because they were cold and needed to expand. That has not made a difference. Still very disappointed.

Very friendly polite and the flowers we sent got great reviews.. the web site wasn't working properly and it showed a preview of what our card message would say with Our signature .. However the florist had to call us and ask who the arrangement was from the computer cut off the signature .. So the florist sent the flower without the proper signature ... However they did get right on it and solve the problem with sincere concern .. Just be careful when ordering online .. They said they were checking in with the person who built their website ..

the arrangement was not like what was pictured. the purple flowers we sparce and not very attractive. The roses were clumped in a bunch and not arranged like they are in this photo. I paid for more flowers but it did seem to be an upgrade.

The floral bouquet looked exactly like the picture. It worked so well in the hotel room that it was mistaken for part of the decor! Would highly recommend this florist for using high quality flowers and professional workmanship.

Being so far away from a friend experiencing a loss your shop was recommended and your shop stepped up and made this experience a sense of relief. Once I placed my order I received a lovely confirmation email to assure me that my order was received. I had requested that the flowers be placed prior to my friends family members funeral. Not only were they there in time but our friends were so moved by such a lovely arrangement. The picture provided did little justice to the actually gorgeous arrangement.
