Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I had a fabulous experience with Canvas Blooms. They were very easy to work with and just lovely. When I told them this was for my mother‘s 95th birthday I know they paid extra attention and made the arrangement even lovelier because of that. The arrangement itself was absolutely beautiful, very different and unique from the standard flower delivery services that are out there. At the risk of letting this wonderful secret out of the bag, I cannot recommend them more highly. ---- Florist's Response: What a joy it was to make flowers for your moms 95th. I have ordered arrangements from Canvas four times and have been 100% pleased with all aspects. Lorry is kind and very helpful as well as knowledgeable and accommodating. She gets the blooms locally, which I love. It supports other local business and the blooms are so fresh that they look gorgeous for a long time. One aspect of Lorry's excellent customer service is the "BloomSnap". I am emailed a photo of the arrangement right before it is delivered so I can see how beautifully it turned out. I often order for clients so knowing exactly what they are receiving is especially appreciated. Canvas is my go-to florist now that I have found it!
